ENTRY DOOR ACCESS
Our hotel uses digital code door locks for both the main entrance door and your suite.

Your access code and check-in instructions will be sent to your chat group chat on the day of check-in. If you have not received them, please contact us.

How to unlock the main entry door:

1.⁠ ⁠Touch the keypad with the palm of your hand to activate the screen.
2.⁠ ⁠Enter your access code.
3.⁠ ⁠Press the circle button to unlock the main entry door.
4.⁠ ⁠Turn the handle when you hear the unlocking sound.

To unlock your suite door:
Enter the same code and press # at the end.

We are located onsite, with reception and concierge available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.

We respect our guests’ privacy and personal space, while remaining readily available to assist with any questions or requests via our group Whats App chats. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our onsite bistro café and restaurant during their stay.

It nice to have a car but not required. It is easy to get around in this area. Most of the tour providers have pick up and drop off services.
