The location is fantastic being right down the road from MSA. The pool facilities are great. The staff were all very friendly, and I received top class service and care from them. This is a great place to visit especially for a family with children as they will really enjoy the waterpark area.

We had the 2 bedroom condo with one room with a queen bed, second with 2 single beds and a pullout couch. The couch mattress was about 2 inches thick, pillows were yellow and the blankets dirty. We ended up having to go buy an air mattess, pillows, blankets and we opted to buy ourselves a carpet for the entry,.since there was none and this is a snowy time of year. The heat pump did not work which was a blessing since it was extremely dirty same as the light fixtures. The propane fireplace was great and so was the location for Mont Sainte Anne!

Would stay here again

Spent 4 days here. Other than an issue with having to switch rooms the second day, everything was fine. Room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Had to fiddle with the a/c to get it running but wasn’t too frustrating. Overall would stay here again and would recommend.

The pools are the only plus. Everything else was bad. They need a major renovation on their property. All their furnishings are old and smell. Missing a piece of a headboard. WiFi wasn’t working at all till the day we left. The cleaning lady was so rude to me when I was checking out this morning because I parked in front of the stairway and started yelling at me. She said that wasn’t a parking spot that I couldn’t park there. They were no signs or any writings on the parking lot that you cannot park there. It was a bad experience for me and my kids. I wanted to cancel my reservation but I couldn’t find any more places around the area due to Labor Day weekend. I’ll never going to stay there again and would not recommend it. The condition of the properties are just poor.

Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how easy it was to get around and enjoy the area without feeling rushed. For anyone looking for a short, relaxing escape, I’d definitely recommend this spot. The hot tub and pools was a big hit to our stay. Kids had an amazing time in the outdoor water play area. Looking forward to returning someday

Superbe endroit, bien entretenu et avec un personnel extrêmement jovial et courtois. J’étais avec des enfants de 7 et 11 ans qui ont ADORÉ leur séjour, tout comme moi et ma conjointe ! Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits... Nous avons prolongés de 3 nuits tellement c'était agréable ! Nous voulions faire une série de chose dans la région de Québec (musée de la civilisation, visite du Vieux, visite de l’Île d’Orléans, visite de la basilique Ste-Anne, visite des chutes, mini putt et visite du BFly, ...). Nous avons fait tout cela mais de façon extrêmement Express car nous voulions profiter des installations à tous les jours ! Nous avons quittés après 6 nuits mais n’avions pas vraiment envi de quitter et nous avons dû négocier avec les enfants le fait que nous y retournerons l’été prochain ! Le seul point négatif de notre séjour a été au niveau de la vaisselle dans le condo que nous avions (uniquement de petits chaudrons et poêle, pas de planche à découper, pas de couteau pour apprêter la viande ou les légumes autre que le couteau à steak ou le couteau à pain) donc rien de majeur et nous avons pu compenser avec le Dollorama et le Harts situés à 10 minutes d’auto de là. Et quand je l’ai mentionné de façon constructive à la dame à l’accueil au départ (une dame fort sympathique qui a un style de rôle de gérante), elle m’a pratiquement chicané (de façon très adéquate) pour ne pas l’avoir mentionné dès le début ! Sincèrement, côté rapport qualité/prix, cela vaut plus que le détour !

Très bel endroit, personnel chaleureux et très apprécié en famille. Seul hic, notre bouilloire a brisée et nous avions uniquement 2 minuscules chaudrons dont 1 scrap ainsi que 2 petites poêles.

Premièrement, nous avons payé le même prix que nos amis qui avaient un condo rénové. La propreté laissait à desirer, nous manquions d’ustensiles, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû aller acheter du savon à vaisselle, à lave vaisselle, des essuis tout, et des sacs poubelle. La piscine et les jeux d’eau ont fait le bonheur des enfants, heureusement.

Nous avons énormément apprécié les installations extérieures, plus précisément le parc aquatique. C'est la raison principale pour laquelle nous avons choisi cet hébergement. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé le condo un peu malpropre. Il serait important de faire un nettoyage en profondeur avant l'arrivée des clients (ex. sous la vanité de la salle de bain).

Du poil dans mon lit? Non merci

Un site avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui semble laissé à l'abandon ou presque. En fouillant sur le net vous verrez que le même genre de commentaires revient depuis plusieurs années... Il semble que les gestionnaires n'en tiennent pas rigueur! - Draps non changés à notre arrivée avec présence de poils et miettes dans deux lits. La literie est de piètre qualité (on voit le matelas à travers, car il n'y a pas toujours de protège-matelas...). - Les condos ont été rénovés, mais les meubles sont désuets et défraîchis - on n'a pas vraiment le goût de relaxer dans le condo; - Équipements de piètre qualité, brisés ou incomplets, autant dans l'unité que dans les espaces communs (arcade, spa... l'eau du spa est froide!!) Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour l'offre de service. Nous y étions pour les vacances des fêtes et le spa était fermé tôt en soirée sans préavis le 1er janvier. Bonne année! Nous repartons avec l'impression d'avoir été volés. -

Notre petit condo était parfait : propre, bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons profité du bain tourbillon du site. La localisation est excellente : près de Québec, de l'ile D'Orléan, des chutes Montmorency, de Baie Saint-Paul, du parc des Grands Jardins et de Cap Tourmente. Nous y retournerons!

Parfait endroit pour relaxer avec les enfants . J'ai 2 enfants de 9 ans et 13 ans et ils se sont amusé dans les glissades pendant que nous relaxions dans le spa et la piscine. On a eu beaucoup d3 plaisir a l'arcade aussi par contre plusieurs jeu étaient hors- service!!! Dans la soirée il y a eu une présentation sur les étoiles filantes et les aurores fait par un astronome, ensuite nous avons observé les étoiles a travers son télescope nous avons adoré cette présentation!!! Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable sejour !!

Endroit idéal pour les familles! Cuisine complète bien pratique. Gens à l’accueil vraiment sympathiques et à l’écoute des besoins des jeunes familles. Les glissades d’eau sont vraiment amusantes pour les jeunes ados. Belles piscines variées.
