Puyo

The best place to stay in Puyó due to it’s location. It’s a beautiful place next to the forest and the malecón which is a great green area by the river.

100% customer focused.

Our stay was wonderful. The restaurant opened early for us when we wanted coffee before check in. The rooms were spacious and tidy. My husband accidentally locked the keys in the rental car and the staff came to the rescue immediately. After a no-show by the locksmith they managed to get it open and wouldn’t take a dime. The manicured grounds made it a lovely spot to sit and relax.

Nice place - comfortable stay

Comfortable stay. Nice rooms and good restaurant. Private parking available nearby. Hot tub available for free. Garden has lots of wildlife - some parrots flew down whilst we were sat there. Only negative - lots of work going on cleaning the paths which wasn’t so “relaxing” due to pressure washer !

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Während unseres Aufenthaltes verbrachten wir zwei Regentage ohne uns zu langweilen fast ausschließlich in der hübschen Anlage. Aras und Kolibris sind regelmäßige Besucher auf dem Grundstück, das direkt an Puyos Spazierweg liegt. Das Hotel hat einfache, große, sehr saubere Zimmer und furchtbar nette Mitarbeiter, die bei Bedarf auch langsames Anfängerspanisch mit uns sprachen. Wir bewohnten das Zimmer, das am nächsten zum angeblichen Lärm von der anderem Uferseite liegt, fühlten uns aber trotz der Party dort und unserer Lärmempfindlichkeit niemals gestört. Das Essen im gemütlichen Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Weitere Restaurants sind leicht zu erreichen und auch die Innenstadt ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Volle Punktzahl für dieses Hotel!

Beautiful setting

El Jardin is in a wonderful setting on the edge of the city. It's quite difficult to find and is over a footbridge across the river. The staff will come out and carry your baggage. Try and opt for a room on the right away from the river as there are some noisy bars on the other side which destroys the ambience somewhat. We enjoyed our stay but the noise was a bit tiresome. The food in the restaurant was excellent but beware, it is closed on Sundays.

La atención del personal inmejorable, las camas muy comodas. La habitación no está insonorizada y tiene sus ventajas e inconvenientes. Como el hotel se encuentra en un jardín aislado se puede disfrutar del sonido del agua. Aunque si te toca unos vecinos ruidosos.... En un sitio tan calido se hecha de menos una piscina. Para los amantes de la TV comentar que no hay TV en la habitación.
