Sophia was a great hostess! The ocean view was spectacular. Hotel Volcan is a nice place to stay with great beds.

Very peaceful

We were greeted with a welcome drink and lovely service. The staff was kind, helpful whenever we needed them, and welcoming. A very peaceful island! We could hear the ocean waves from our room

Nice Hotel Within Steps of Beach

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms with shower. Our rooms on the third floor overlooked street below and had great view of the ocean. There is a nice common patio on the second floor. Made-to-order breakfast was included. In center of town, near all tour meeting spots, restaurants etc. Good value.

Close to the beach

Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there.

The perfect place to stay. The location was great, the room was clean and tidy. The petiole was super friendly, helpful and he lot of good tips. The breakfast was also good

They “upgraded” us to their beachfront property down the road which was nice - upon arrival we paid & they ended up charging one card and pre authorizing another card, when then they also charged - so we’ve double paid & been over a week and haven’t got our money back. So pay on Expedia before if you can because they don’t seem to know how to work their machines.

Great stay but a hiccup

Great stay and friendly staff however I did have one hiccup. I got the correct charge on my credit card for three nights, but also have an extra $60 charge that I don’t.understand where it came from. Tried contacting them via email and have not heard back.

Very comfortable hotel with wonderful beach view

This is a very nice hotel which is conveniently located to restaurants and shops as while as the beach. The air conditioning was a plus for very hot days, but the windows and beach views were wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Receptionist, Elizabeth, was amazing. They offered cool towels & juice upon arrival. Room was very clean, quiet, good a/c. Free breakfast included everyday, they even packed a to-go breakfast on our last day as we left before breakfast started. Good location within walking distance to everything.

Wonderful, warm welcome by Sofia, who gave us good tips and helped with some special requests. Less impressed by the boy at reception the day after, who scolded us for using their cold towels to freshen up. Room well appointed but noisy from the cooling units outside our window. Overall was expecting more for the price paid (90$)

Virkelig venlig og god service. Vi fik fx lov til at have al bagage stående OG lov til at bruge hotellets håndklæder, bade- og opholdsfaciliteter efter checkout, så vi kunne snorkle på stranden.

The view was incredible, and the reception and kitchen staff were so helpful and friendly and polite. The rooms are as lovely as they look in the management pictures. And the location is good too!!

Nice Hotel

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at on my whole trip. Everything was great except no wifi on my floor. When I arrived, I was told there was only wifi on the first and second floor. My room was on the third floor. The wifi in the hotel is really bad although after talking to others, wifi is just bad on the islands. The staff were very friendly and the view from my room was great (pic below). The breakfast was good and the staff was concerned that I would miss breakfast on my last day so they packed a breakfast for me to go and had it waiting for me when I left at 5 AM. The location was great too.
