A remodeled Spanish colonial building that stayed true to its original style with modern conveniences in the room. A short walk to the zócalo, historic biblioteca and very good restaurants. The staff was very helpful and even accommodated us with an early hour continental breakfast on our last morning.

Incredible! Beyond expectations. The room was so nice, beds were the best ( I checked the mattress to order for home!). Staff were lovely. Little touches were so well received- biscuits in room, text before arrival, snacks in lobby. Just brilliant.

Great hotel for families or couples get away

Our experience was good. Beautiful property each room decorated individually, bed & pillows were super comfortable, they keep the room clean, quiet to sleep.The breakfast included could be a bit more, but it was good and appreciated. Excellent front desk customer service, we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puebla as they make you feel like home. This is a gem of a hotel.

It is a a great boutique hotel with a beautiful terrace/deck overlooking the whole city. Spanish style place with a fountain and stairs. Very elegant. Great location and service.

The staff at the hotel went over and above to make sure everything was good. I had an accident while walking in Puebla and the staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing in guiding me to get the help that I needed. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very, very good. The location of the hotel was very good and that it was quiet yet still very close to the center of the historic district.

Excellent location, great rooms

The hotel is located within walking distance to many historic sites, cafes and restaurants. The coffee is great and the continental breakfast is tasty. You can buy food if you want more. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was upstairs away from the street so it was quiet. The staff is very friendly. The value of our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again.

The venue is great. You are close to the center and staff were amazing. The restaurant at the hotel has a wonderful view and the food was delicious. Staff provide you a number where you can text them anything you need during your stay. Guadalupe (receptionist) extremely professional and welcoming! Definitely planning on coming back to this hotel.
