Really fun hotel: glass floors and stairway, huge open air lobby, nice breakfast. The hotel design is trying for stylish, but the design details are funny: 30-foot grand stairway with no bannister -- like, cool but don't fall off or walk into the fountain/pool at the bottom! Loved my room, style choices are hard to describe.

Very cool boutique hotel with great architecture. Rooms also cool but lousy mattress. Great service and front desk. Great location and restaurants. Walk to Zocolo in 20 minutes. Will stay here again.

Es 16 de septiembre. Nos quedamos aquí para descansar del tráfico porque venimos de OAX y vamos a CDMX. Ha sido un desastre: nos dieron un cuarto en reparación que olía a resistió 5000, nos cambiaron a una habitación sí agua caliente. El bar de la terraza estaba cerrado. Sería preferible cerrar en lugar de operar un hotel fantasma. Es una falta de respeto a los huéspedes.

Su terraza, spa y alberca estaban en reparación, me parece terrible que no hagan del conocimiento de las personas que reservan un detalle como este. Desconozco si Expedia tiene alguna forma de darle a los hoteles la opción de publicar esta información, pero lo mínimo que debería de hacer el hotel es mandar un mensaje privado via Expedia a sus reservaciones confirmadas comentando este tema, claro que es posible que pierdan clientes, pero de otra manera es engañoso, porque además no ofrecen ninguna cortesía al llegar y enterarte de esto. El hotel es lindo y el personal amable, pero este tema me parece abusivo
