The first thing; when I asked if I was speaking to the front desk of the hotel I was told yes, then found out later that it was Expedia booking and was charged $100 extra. They lied to me. I told the front desk, and they said unfortunately that does happen. We had no microwave and had to insist on them getting us one after they told us there was not one available. Our room had no bedding. I booked there because they had an indoor pool but when we wanted to use it it had not been heated. after our conference we were going to use the hottub since it was warm, and the young man at the desk told us that we would get kicked out at 10, so we did not use it. We went down later to see if it had closed as he had stated and there were two young women in bikinis lounging in the hottub and were there until 10:45. I am officially asking for a refund this was an awful place to stay and we will never stay at a Best Western again because of all of these thing.
