Rooms were very clean. Staff was 50/50. Some were genuinely welcoming and the other half didn't seem to care if you were there or not. Food was pretty overpriced considering how much was spent for the visit. I probably would try Seven Stars on my next visit. I hear great stories about the overall atmosphere.

Amazing views, pretty closed to everything, the food was awesome, I strongly recommend to rent a car in order to explore de Island, jets sky tour was beautiful and safe. I definitely will comeback soon.

Richy at the beach bar was an absolute wizard mixing our drinks! Claire the hostess, Cherone our server were absolutely fantastic and so friendly! Latoya made us feel like family, every single time we went down for breakfast! The entire staff at the Ritz Carlton were so friendly and always helpful! The beds are the most comfortable we have ever experienced at a hotel!

Our stay was very good. The hotel is very clean, the room is very spacious, the gastronomy excellent. We had the Opportunity to meet the manager of the Hotel due to a situation we had he did excellently well with us he was our guide and thanks to him we did not miss the excursion we had because we were late.
