Biggest plus here, they are pet friendly. Staff was great in being helpful and accommodating our needs; in particular, they arranged transportation to the airport at 3 a.m., when no taxis were running. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to the staff!

I’ve booked a non-smoking room, they didn’t have any. Condition of rooms are poor. No one cleaning floors, bed quality is horrible, bedsheets, towels and matrices out of use. Not worth any penny I spent. 1* hotel could be in better condition, very disappointed. Breakfast is 1 cup of coffee, omelette and bread with different jams.

　プリシュティナの一月後半は完全なオフシーズンで、気温も－１０℃くらいまで下がり、街は残雪があちこちで凍結していた。 　しかし、このホテルは小規模中級ながら立地、設備、サービス等多くの部分において優れている。 　にこの時期にとって有難い充分な暖房があり、快適に過ごすことができた。 　観光的な名所は少ないものの、給油ーごの複雑な歴史の片鱗に触れる上でぜひ訪れたい街である。次回は、地方都市や山間部等も巡ってみたい。

Leider kein Aufzug. Es gab auch kein Frühstücksbuffet, aber das Frühstück war okay und ausreichend. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht aber wenig englisch. Zimmer könnten besser gereinigt werden. Lage ist gut, alles in Reichweite.

Slitt hotell med bra beliggenhet

Kom fra Skopje med buss. 2 netter på Hotel Real. Bra beliggenhet. Veldig slitt hotell, gulvteppe på rommet fliset opp og var skittent. Fylte ikke på toalettpapir. Vi fant på andre rom. Utenfor resepsjonen stod det to ødelagte campingstoler. Ikke stoler på balkong. Tøfler og toalettsaker var nok satt igjen av tidligere gjester. Frokost var en tallerken med pålegg, greit nok, men tørt brød. Så til det positive, vi anbefaler absolutt et besøk i Pristina hvis dere er i Skopje. Kosovo er et nydelige land.

I really enjoy the hotel. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Just make sure to notify them in advance. Hotel gave great information about the area. I would stay again.

Positive - convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, clean, decent size room, big bathroom, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast (bit of a small side, but with the heatwave I had in Pristina more wasn't really needed). Negatives - hotel could use some refreshment, cables hanging, holes covered with tape etc. Poor water pressure in the shower, jacuzzi wasn't working, no tea or coffee making equipment in the room. PS: No lift in the hotel so not best suitable for those with mobility issues.

Brilliant family run hotel at a great price

This hotel is clean, convenient and ridiculously easy on the wallet. My one night stay cost me less than £50 so I was a little apprehensive, but I shouldn't have worried. It's ran by a local family who go out of there way yo make you feel welcome, to the point where one of them gave me a lift to the airport for my journey home. The room is big but fairly basic, which you cannot argue with considering the price, and is about a 5 minute walk from both the Newborn monument and Bill Clinton Boulevard. Overall I cannot find any faults, so I would definitely recommend.

Great property, excellent location!

The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The property is in a great location ...a block from the Newborn monument, 2 blocks from Nena Tereza pedestrian street, and there’s an easy shortcut to the bus station (only a 15 minute walk away, The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great value! And Prishtina is a great place to visit!

Locally owned 3 start hotel with a good owner

Locally owned 3 star hotel. Conveniently located: 10 minute walk to the center, and 10-12 min walk to main bus terminal for long distance travel. Room is not really fancy, but neatly maintained. The owner is really helpful.

Hotellet er helt ålreit. Rommet er passe stort og sengen er god. Litt lytt mellom rommene. Fint med balkong. Badet er helt ok, og rent. Må spørre i resepsjonen om dopapir, litt kjipt. Beliggenheten er veldig god! Hyggelig personale.
