Rude, Scam, Bare Minimum

Hotel can be entered only by being buzzed in. Seemingly not wheelchair accessible. They overcharged, staff didn't give us the bill, and were rude when asked for the bill. I suspect they mostly didn't return the key deposit, as many other reviews here claim. Afterwards, when sent an email inquiring about the price difference (reservation was made by hotels.com, which shows the price), a month later the hotel still did not answer. Breakfast included - good enough to not be hungry, coffee limited to 1 per person. Rooms worn down, shared bathrooms. Location fairly good - between multiple bus-and-metro stops. If you avoid need a place to stay for cheap, this is an option, but be wary. I will not be coming back.

We ended up here because our vrbo booking cancelled on the day of arrival and this was the only thing we could find last minute. Front desk main person was very rude and not very accommodating or welcoming. When I came to report a problem first he made me wait until he finished adding his bills and then he said “so what” - the problem was there was a man walking in the hallway naked in the communal area and being creepy to my daughter - I thought his response was offensive. Plus they didn’t want to give us back our deposit and tried to tell us it would automatically come to us in 24 hours, based on other reviews I knew that wasn’t going to happen and both the father and son got very angry with us for asking for our deposit back and basically kicked us out during our breakfast which was supposed to be included. The towels and sheets were clean and the toilets were decent as well, the location was ideal however the staff was awful except for the woman and the new young man who works in the morning they were both really nice. Would never stay here again though and wouldn’t recommend it.

Main problem is the night staff. Inner doors are locked, and when they cannot be opened at late hours, he gets extremely agitated and yells in Czech language. It is a dad-son operation, and completely unprofessional and unfit for hospitality business. DO NOT GO HERE.

They steal 1000$ from the rooms when you was outside in the city someone has been in our room clean it and changed towels When we went to check out the room we was looking at the luggage’s we checked the passports and we found that someone steal 1000 USD from our bags we order a police and we filmed everything and they get the money back after

Very bad hotel do not stay here

The elevator was so small could only hold one person and suit case. The room had a mold smell that was strong. Thr breakfast was not fresh. They charged 200 eurosfor room keyand told us it would be returned when the key was returned. I returned the key during checkout but we have not received the 200 euros back. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyon.

It was an very unexpected Experience and no value for money, look at these below details. 1. Room was decent sixe for 1 person, but floor were sticky not well maintained 2. Toilet was too small, if sit you can't close the door, so you make the entire room smell, ofcourse there was no exhaustive fan (I have a pictures of this) 3. Wifi, never worked, I had to an additional mobile data pack to use. 4. Staff seems ok, however I have to mention very ignorant, I had to ask multiple times for a towels and wait so long, I stayed for 5 nights, when i asked for second pait of towels they gave just one. said something in Czech and ignored. 5. Breakfast area was too small,Photos pn Expedia are misleading. 6. There was no kettle, coffee or drinking water facility in room. Poorly maintained room, I will never recommend this to anyone, In fact unable to trust Expedia on the Hotel reviews, (Recommend travellers to check google reviews as well)

Disappointing and unfortunate

First of all, this is not a hotel, it's a hostel. I have nothing against hostels, and stay at them frequently. But this was dirty, there was wires coming out of the walls, the carpets were rolling up and they did not provide adequate bedding. There was a junction box in the wall of my room and electric wires coming out of the wall and running under the carpet, which was rolling up. And, it was very loud. I checked out after the first day of a three day stay. I was able to move to the Ibis for the same price. I am still waiting for my refund.

El lugar parece un edificio abandonado ... las paredes se caen a trozos . Las tuberías se ven ... huele fatal ... mucho ruido . El personal agresivo mal humor por no entenderme en mi idioma . Nada que ver con las fotos. Las comida de un día a otro . No hacen cambio de toallas en 6 días. Ni limpian habitaciones . Cobran de más. Y da miedo dormir por alli No existe ni bañera . Ni tele . Ni nada . La recepción está en el mismo espacio de desayuno el cual también se convierte en espacio guarda equipaje Que esta a mano de cualquier otras personas

Enttäuschend für den Preis. „Eigenes Bad“ bedeutete , Dusche direkt im Zimmer. WC ebenfalls..nur mit einer Falltür abgegrenzt, die nicht zu schliessen war wenn in Benutzung, aus Platzmangel. Man saß also im Zimmer auf dem WC. Die Heizung funktioniert nur schlecht, so dass wir mit Pullovern und langer Hose schlafen mussten. Eine zweite Bettdecke auf Anfrage gab es nicht. Man konnte uns nur einen alten Vorhang anbieten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Rene forhold men underlig oplevelse

Da jeg kom til Prag tjekkede jeg ind på hotellet. Fik mit værelse tjekkede det ud og alt så fint og rent ud. Men da jeg stod op om morgenen dagen efter svedte jeg som en gris, jeg fandt derefter ud af at radiatoren på værelset ikke kunne reguleres, da der manglede en regulator. Samt at jeg kunne høre og mærke at den kørte på fuld knald døgnet rundt. Så jeg måtte sove med åbent vindue resten af mit ophold selvom jeg bedte om at få skruet ned i receptionen. Og da jeg skulle hjem råbte personalet af hinanden, hvilket var ubehagelig og ikke særligt gæstfrit. Jeg booker ikke her igen, vil personligt prøve at finde noget andet.

Diákszálló

A képeken nem az volt, amit kaptunk. A képeken fürdőkád, zuhanyzó található. A fürdőkád nem volt, a zuhanyzó a szobában volt, de nem folyt le a víz. A wc közös volt. A falak gipszkartonból voltak, így mindent hallottunk, ami a szomszédban történt. A kiszolgáló nem ismert meg bennünket, ha visszamentünk a szállásra, lehet be volt tépve. Plusz kb 15.000.-Ft-tal többet kértek mint ami a foglalásban volt, valami kauciónak, amit majd visszautalnak, azóta utalják. A reggeli az jó volt.

La atencion de un señor que parece ser el dueño fue pésima, hasta llego a gritarnos en dos ocasiones. Llevamos una persona con discapacidad y ni tan siquiera esperó a que desalojaramos la habitación y empezo a gritar que le dieramos las llaves. No lo recomiendo, personas asi no deberian atender clientes ya que no possen capacitacion para la tratar al publico ni a turistas que no hablamos su dioma.

A fuir ! Demandent une caution pour les clés de la chambre et ne la remboursent pas à la fin du séjour, prétextant un remboursement automatique, faux bien entendu ! Aucune réponse par mail, au téléphone, ils ne parlent que tchèque, alors qu'ils parlaient anglais pour la réservation ou informations ! (c'est la même voix reconnue au téléphone).

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Aber der Aufgang von der Straße zur Rezeption im 1. Stock über eine steile dunkle Treppe ohne Geländer war ziemlich beschwerlich besonders für meinen 92. Vater. Dann wurde uns der Hintereingang empfohlen, wo der Fahrstuhl im Untergeschoss hält und eine relativ kurze Treppe nach oben führt.

Een oud studentenkot gerund door een sluwe eigenaar die studenten zijn bedrijf laat runnen. Deze locatie is het woord hotel, pension niet waard. Een armzalig ontbijt was inbegrepen, we namen zelf levensmiddelen mee om het wat op te fleuren. De verplichte borg voor de sleutels (?) hebben we tot op heden niet terugontvangen ondanks 2 telefoontjes waarin we dit hebben verzocht. Het enige positieve is de locatie vlakbij het oude centrum gelegen. Ons advies: niet doen!
