Not recommended. It is below average for other 3-star hotels in Brazil. Breakfast was quite disappointing and we asked to change rooms and newer area have better rooms. We booked an oceanview (OV) room and accepted to change to a garden view one after some cleaning issues. But no compensation was offered. The OV rooms are not worth the extra. The additional charge for using a safe box already installed in the room was another disappointment.

Checked in late at night and they didn’t believe I paid through Expedia. Asked for multiple forms of proof that I had paid. I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. Then when I went to the bathroom turn on the faucet, the water was dirty ran brown, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call back to the front office, let them know and request another room, by this time it’s 1 AM in the morning. When I finally got into the new room only one outlet in the entire unit worked so there is no way for both me and my wife to charge our phones.

Quarto diferente do ofertado no app Expedia. A equipe da recepção foi bem ríspida, informando que como o fechamento foi pela Expedia nada poderiam resolver sobre as dúvidas durante a hospedagem. Limpeza ok, mas podem melhorar os detalhes, perto da pia lavabo do quarto tinha teia de aranha antiga e limpeza do espelho a desejar. Sinal de internet muito ruim. Café da manhã com pouca diversidade e muito repetitivo, fila enorme para pegar tapioca, seria necessário ter duas atendentes para não dar fila. Além disso, faltam copos para suco e colheres. O melhor ponto do hotel é a localização.

Adorei o hotel, tem uma ótima localização, custo benefício bom, um café da manhã muito bom. Em frente a praia de Taperapuan. Tem uma ótima piscina e uma piscina para crianças... Os quartos eram bem limpos, chuveiro bom e quente. As instalações estavam em boas condições, foi uma viagem excelente. Os funcionários do hotel eram super atenciosos e educados.

Atendimento ruim 👎

Ao chegar no hotel nos deparamos com a falta de energia. Alguns hóspedes estavam reclamando na recepção, inclusive ameaçando tomar providências pois passaram a noite sem energia. Os recepcionistas pareciam não querer passar as informações de verdade, omitindo e desviando o foco das solicitações. A energia foi restaurada em pouco tempo, mas faltou profissionalismo e sensibilidade com os clientes. Em outro dia, minha esposa pediu a chave do baby room para poder esquentar comida para nossa filha e um atendente negou pois “suspeitou” de que a refeição não fosse para nossa filha. Achei isso uma falta de respeito e descaso. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, mas o atendimento é péssimo.
