We didn’t interact with any staff during our say. We were there 3 nights and the room was not made up. We didn’t really care as we can make our own bed. There is an elevator contrary to a previous review. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen. Very convenient location, lots of restaurants close by and a short walk to the Balhao Market

Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. Only thing to note is this hotel does not have an elevator so if you are travelling with large bags I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. We did not select the breakfast as it seemed overpriced and instead walked to a local cafe that opened early a 3 min walk up the street.

There was no communication from this property once we were there. There was no daily housekeeping throughout duration of stay - despite reservation clearly stating there would be. We were there for 3 nights with no change in towels, bedding or even toilet paper.

Bad experience . We were never given email instructions for check in and ended up stranded in the street (it’s a self-checkin property). There was no email or phone number for me to call landlord ahead of time to receive check in instructions. Tried phone number on the door when we arrived - no one answered. Received a call back three hours later but that was too late. It was getting dark and we needed a place to stay We had no choice but to find another hotel at 5pm which cost a lot of extra $ and stress. I’ll never book a self-check-in property again.

Primero de todo, decir que no fue un mal sitio, pero sí decepcionante para mis expectativas. Por la descripción yo entendí que estaba reservando un hotel boutique, pero me pareció más bien un apartamento turístico. La descripción de Expedia dice que cuentan con albornoces (y se ven en las fotos), pero me dijeron por mensaje que no era así. No tiene recepción, o yo no la vi. Finalmente, habría agradecido la opción de entrar antes de las 16 en la habitación que en muchos hoteles es posible (si hay disponibilidad), pero en este caso te envían un código para abrir poco antes de esa hora, así que no se puede

Casa bien ubicada con todo lo que necesitamos

El apartamento era pequeño para nosotros y nuestros dos hijos. Tiene cocina pero era incómodo comer los 4 en el salón porque estaba ocupado por el sofá cama y no habían 4 sillas. Comentamos nuestro problema de espacio y nos lo solucionaron. Super amables y atentos, muy agradecidos.La ubicación era genial, íbamos a pie a todas partes. Desayuno completo y sabroso.

Ingen städning dicj under de 4 dagar vi var där, och det var helt ok - men nog kunde man hämtat ut sopor?? Det svämmade över...

Pas un vrai hôtel. Zéro service ni personnel

Nous n'avons pas pu faire l'expérience de "l'hôtel" car réception et personnel inexistant, aucune réponse à nos nombreux appels sur place, ni plus tard ou les jours suivants. En effet, comme pas de réception, il fallait un code pour rentrer dans le bâtiment, qui ne nous a jamais été envoyé. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus que cet "hôtel" fonctionnait de cette manière en amont. Nous avons donc dû trouver en vitesse une autre solution d'hébergement. Très déçu

Sitio ideal para estancias cortas en Oporto por el bajo precio, sobre todo si estás todo el día de turisteo y sólo vas a dormir. Bien ubicado (a unos 5-10 minutos del centro histórico), limpio y camas cómodas. El desayuno no es para tirar cohetes pero puede pasar: tostadas, embutidos, fruta, huevos revueltos, zumo de bote. El café bastante malo, eso sí. Por dentro, el apartamento es megabásico pero cumple con su función. Todo muy tecnológico, con códigos de apertura que hace que durante la estancia no te cruces con ningún empleado (salvo el que sirve los desayunos).
