Hotel fechando as portas

Hotel sem comentários condições de funcionar. A imagem da foto não é a real. Não deveria oferecer mais serviços. Está fechando as portas, mas persiste em continuar. Quarto bem espaçoso, talvez deva ter sido um bom hotel no passado. O café da manhã foi o pior que já tomei. Era tão pouca coisa que cheguei a perguntar se tinha café. Sério mesmo e tinha mesmo. Só tomei o cafezinho mesmo. Nunca vi isso antes. Não era para fazer anúncios em site de reserva pq o preço foi se hotel de verdade. O tratamento das pessoas foi legal, mas sinceramente não poderia estar funcionando e pior sendo anunciado em sites de reserva com uma foto legal. Talvez semana que vem não tenha mais esse hotel, mas caí numa roubada.

Boa localização do hotel e ótimo antedimento, mas só. Permaneci 2 dias no hotel e não houve qualquer serviço de limpeza, quarto em más condições, pra nem falar do banheiro (inviável para 03 hóspedes).

Antiguamente agradable, hoy no recomendable

Conozco el Hotel desde hace muchas años. Ocurre que ahora lo estan vendiendo pieza por pieza. No tiene telefono en la habitacion, no tiene internet, ni el computador dedicado en el hall, el desayuno es de cuarta.

Péssima estadia.

Hotel baixou muito de qualidade. Já me hospedei lá e fiquei impressionado com o declínio. Elevador que escolhe que andar irá parar, café nem pensar, parecia aquele servido aos mendigos. Não há telefone nos quartos nem para falar com a portaria. Água não esquentava, Split ruidoso que era melhor com todo o frio que fazia, ficar co o mesmo desligado. Servidores atenciosos, porém poucos, devendxo deixar os postos de trabalho para poderem atender quaisquer reivindicações..

Boa localização

Foi boa. O problema é que ate o momento eles não enviaram minha nota fiscal de pagamento, achei estranho eles dizerem que leva 10 dias para emissão. E o atendente não queria aceitar meu pagamento no cartão de crédito parcelado, sendo que ao reservar no site, optei por cartão parcelado.

O banheiro é muito escuro e frio, precisa de mais uma luminária e um tapete de borracha para não escorregar no banho, as pinturas das paredes poderiam ter um acabamento melhor nos cantos no encontro com o teto, os atendentes poderiam ser um pouco mais simpáticos!

Simples, funcional e confortável

O quarto é simples porém espaçoso, funcional. O chuveiro é bom, camas boas, silencioso, ar condicionado bom, Wi-Fi razoável/bom, TV grande, havia uma pequena cozinha, com pia, mesa e frigobar. Enfim, atende à todas necessidades. O atendimento do hotel é excelente, todos mto educados. E as áreas comuns são mto bonitas. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Ponto negativo é não servirem almoço/janta. Mas disponibilizam contatos de delivery. Só saí pela parte do dia, pelo que não opino sobre a segurança do local. Mas próximo a pontos estratégicos de Porto Alegre. A experiência foi mto positiva.

Pelo preço deve buscar algo um pouquinho melhor.

Banheiro sem box, com cortina plástica (molha tudo). Banheiro escuro, apenas uma lampada fraca em cima da pia... sinal péssimo de wi-fi no quarto (nao pega). Tudo muito antigo, inclusive colchoes...onde vc afunda. Lençóis limpos, quarto limpo, nesse quesito tudo ok. Café da manhã médio, suco de saquinho em pó, poderia melhorar. Talvez por ser servido muito cedo as coisas ficam com aspecto de velhas, poderia colocar a boa e velha toalhinha para cobrir.

O hotel é uma obra antiga, então não possui certos itens comuns hoje em dia (ducha higiênica). Quarto grande, limpeza satisfatória, mas precisa de atenção à manutenção diária (a torneira de água fria do lavatório precisava de manutenção), o banheiro possui iluminação apenas em frente ao espelho, deixando o box escuro para o banho. No geral bom atendimento, café satisfatório. Repetiria a estadia. Bom custo.

Limpeza e organização excepcionais. O recepcionista na noite em que cheguei muito prestativo e interessado em solucionar dúvidas e problemas dos hóspedes, se não me engano, Juarez era seu nome. Também lembro da ducha muito forte e super quente, um dos melhores banhos de hotel que já tomei. Saí satisfeito.
