So much to see on this property. The spa area is amazing. It is a bit noisy, but perhaps that’s because they were getting ready for a big concert, and some young people who were having a get together outside our window at midnight.

This is my first stay in Portland Area and my first time staying in a Hostel. This place is utterly beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I was slightly hesitant to try the hostel because it was my first time. It was perfectly fine. I would say it's a slight adjustment to your morning bathroom routine so bring a bag and pack it up with things you need the night before so you are not fumbling in the dark trying not to wake up others. Other guests were respectful and the pool is awesome. Definitely going back if in the area again.

Words fall short of how amazing this historic places. The ambiance is indescribable. I feel like i'm in the movie somewhere in time with christopher reeves. Totally charming and well preserved. I love roaming around the hotel, the little venues and exploring the gardens.
