Location was convenient. OK, if you just need a place to stay for a couple of days. The towels were all stained. Management wanted the dishes washed but only place to do it was in the bathroom sink. Smoke alarm had a dying battery and beeped all night long. Probably won't stay here again.

The Redford is very well managed and taken care of by the attentive staff. We had a wonderful 3 days there. The pizza at Dimitri’s is top of the line. Like pizza used to be.

Didn’t get what was booked, had to pay CAN $423,75 more to get the correct place 😡 Place is ok, have used it before, but the case for extra payment for this stay, will unfortunately cause that it not will be used in the future.

Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Place was old school and not fancy. Beds were firm, there were three pillows on each and the place was clean. The minor cons: Plugs were in awkward places for recharging and the toilet was higher up off the floor than normal. I’m 5’4” and my feet didn’t quite touch the floor while using it. It seems like they served very good pizza from the restaurant on the premises, there was a long line of people putting in orders and waiting while we were checking in.

We called ahead to let them know we were going to be getting in late the put our room key in a lock box and put it on the door of our room so we could get in right away and had a super easy early check out. Also loved their wall where they posted all the things and donations they do to help there community Definitely will stay there again

Our room was immaculate, the bathroom new and the bed not too soft, parking right outside, air conditioned and quiet. Although we did not use the kitchen, it would have been great as well! Thank you!

It was really nice. We got a room with a ‘divider’ but it was more than a divider. It put one queen bed in a whole separate room. Great for privacy. We were pleasantly surprised to find some dishes and cutlery in a drawer with dish soap and cloths. Desk staff were really really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable? Quieter than I expected, clean, friendly & helpful staff. They only have blinds on the windows and should install curtains as lights and sun make the room brighter than it should be.

Spacious and pleasant staff.

Very humble place but spacious. The staff are friendly, decent food, clean and for the price, just perfect for a night or 2. Not our first time here and definitely will not be our last either.
