Behind a wooden gate one of the nicest hotels in Ponta Delgada is waiting. Premises were clean, communication with staff great, and the breakfast basket was an added plus.

The room was clean and accommodating for our family of 5. The hotel was very responsive with questions I had on whatsapp. Our room did smell of water damage but other than that it was a great stay and we absolutely loved the basket full of goodies that was delivered at our door in the morning for breakfast!

A nice spot in PDL

The team at the hotel was extremely proactive in their communication (reaching out via WhatsApp 1 week before with entry codes) and very kind during the stay. They are only on aite from 9-5 so that is something people should be aware of. We stayed in the family unit with 2 bedrooms which is a semi-basement so it definitely had a smell of musk but extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. I wish the upstairs room had its own bathroom or even a sink/garbage pail but it was workable for sure. The pool area is very small but well maintained. My main recommendation would be to add a nespresso machine to the units because everyone going outside to the main machine is not very practical in the morning. Great location to walk around!
