A nice & peaceful stay away from the city

Warm and cosy, modern kitchen great for cooking. Good heating and a nice big shower, needs a non slip mat. Love the farm vibe, oranges right outside the kitchen window. Private and safe. I think the sheets and duvets were singles put over the queen size bed, otherwise perfect with the electric blankets.

A wonderful little gem.

This was a wonderful little place. Our room was clean and spacious enough for my family of 4. The pictures on this site don't do the property justice. It is just a couple of minutes from a major highway, but you would never know it. It's peaceful and farmlike (for lack of a better word). Watching the birds wander around the grounds was relaxing and lovely.

Yuck!!!!!!!!

Bugs! Can’t get over it. They were in kitchen, kettle, under chair cushions, in bathroom, and pull down shades. Didn’t see any in the bedroom, though. Property is pretty and it’s a good concept, they just don’t take care of the cabins. Kitchen chairs need to be thrown away and replaced. Cushions can’t be cleaned and there are crumbs in the crack between the chair and cushion. Cushions are attached to the chair. This attracts bugs!!!!! You are expected to clean before you leave. Evidently, some people don’t clean well and/or staff doesn’t clean either. Table was sticky! Yuck! Mystery stains on sofas. We didn’t sit on them. Advertised that washer/dryer are in kitchen is false. We will be heading to a laundromat to wash our clothes and air out suitcases ASAP!

Theses units are clean and quiet given there proximity to motorways. The concept is excellent and the hosts were accommodating, however the execution is not quite there. By cost comparison a higher level of finishing, quality linen, bottled water in the rooms etc was anticipated. Some attention to detail and maintenance around the grounds would improve the experience.

We had a spotless, modern, and bright cabin in a rural type setting. Minutes to Pokeno..go to the Pokeno cafe for good food then get some ice cream at the Takeaway!
