Decent, clean, good Central location

Decent place. Clean. Wonderful staff. Kia's restaurant on site is good. Location is good--right on the middle of Kolonia, the main city of Pohnpei. Wi fi worked well. Shops, bars, coffee shop, grocery stores nearby.

Good location in relation to town shops and eateries. Really good restaurant onsite- only had breakfast at this restaurant but it was very good. Our first room had a great view -old style - sort of what you might expect in an older place in Eastern Europe. Next room was very closed in, and same price, and dark. In any event, they both had very comfy beds and the bathroom was adequate. TV was adequate. Air con worked very well. Rooms were quiet. Well serviced and cleaned. And staff very, very nice. Had a refrigerator with a little freezer box - modern and quiet.

The room was small, badroom leaking, ants everywhere (also in the restaurant) and there had been no good communication with Expedia since they did not know I had changed the reservation. Wanted me to pay for not being there.

Avoid at all cost: A dump where you will get sick

This is the most shockingly disgusting place we have ever seen and the staff and owners (Yvonne, whom we communicated with "runs" the place while living in California!!!) should NOT be in the hotel business. The room was extremely dirty (ants all over) and with so much mildew that we got quite sick. At 115$ a night, this is a very expensive place for the island (in fact more than the newest luxury resort) and they do NOT even clean the room, bed was never made, and they do not give you any toiletries. Upon asking, we were told to go to the store. The hotel is a shame for the entire country as the people are trying to get tourism off the ground but it will never work with such a dump. Truly a disgusting and shocking place. And, for got to add, the room smelled quite bad. Just gross.

空港への出迎えを依頼していなかったが　無料でﾎﾃﾙまで送ってくれた。帰りの空港までまた無料おで送ってくれた。 ﾎﾃﾙのスタッフが新設で　ﾎﾃﾙの施設は古かったが気持ちよく滞在出来た。
