Staff here makes the trip - Arturo at the pirate ship pool, Edgar and Daniel in the activities department, Jorge in FC, and Agustin at the Celsius bar - all deserve special shout outs for going above and beyond to make the trip amazing. Property could use some cosmetic updates but overall offered a comfortable and relaxing family vacation. Food was about as expected but had plenty for our picky eaters, and daily gelato never hurts.

Lots to do and see. A bit colder in the hotel and pools! Bring a shall or sweaters. The safe didn’t work in the room, and Also didn’t get the bottle of wine in the room. Beautiful hotel, food was great.
