Great service from the personnel. The rooms have recently been refurbished and were very nice. 10 minute walk from the Pinneberg train station.

Alles in allem, war es ein guter Aufenthalt, da ich auch nur drei Nächte dort verbracht habe und nur zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft war. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, was die Sauberkeit betrifft, aber nachdem wir es mitgeteilt haben wurde es sofort beseitigt. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich! Wenn man aus der Großstadt kommt, ist man Lärm wahrscheinlich gewöhnt und da ist ein Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße kein Problem. Ich, vom Land, empfand nachts die Geräusche auf der Straße zu laut. (

Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dem Hotel buchen.Es war sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet.Bei dem Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben.Alles in Allem empfehlenswert,würde allerdings beim nächsten Mal das Frühstück auswärts einnehmen.

Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig

Ganz komischer Aufenthalt, sehr kalt im Zimmer (trotz aufgedrehter Heizungen musste ich im Pulli und Jogginghose schlafen), kein Glas/Becher, keine Seifen oder Duschbedarf, Fernseher überhaupt nicht konfiguriert (musste ich erst mal einrichten!), Kissen und Bettdecke komplett "zerlegen"... Da ich später eingecheckt hatte, hatte ich auch keine Zeit und Lust, das zu reklamieren. Das Frühstück war auch sehr spärlich...

Nicht zufrieden

Leider hatte ich nicht so gute Erfahrungen. Als ich ankam bekam ich von einem jüngeren Herren die Schlüssel. Als ich in mein Zimmer kam war mein Zimmer gar nicht fertig. Im Bad überall schmutzige Handtücher, auf dem Boden und Lavabo schwarze Haare. WC war nicht richtig gespült. Auf der Bettwäsche waren schwarze Haare zu sehen, obwohl es geheissen hat das es neu bezogen wurde. Der Mülleimer war noch immer voll. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Das einzige was der junge Herr gesagt hat war: ein gutes Personal ist so schwer zu finden. Ich informierte mich über das Fitness center wo ich am nächsten Tag eine Ausbildung hatte, für den junge Mann war es sehr wichtig mir zweimal anzudeuten das , dass Center direkt neben seiner Wohnung liegt. Ich bin dann kurz raus um spazieren und etwas zu essen, in der Hoffnung wenn ich zurück bin das mein Zimmer dann sauber ist. Als ich nach einer Std zurück kam, fragte ich nochmals bezüglich meines Zimmers - ob es endlich für mich fertig ist. Darauf kam eine herablassende Antwort: haben sie sonst noch was gefunden als Die Handtücher. Ich musste also nochmals darauf hinweisen. Er ging dann zum Putzmann. Nach ein paar Minuten kam der Putzmann an mir vorbei, und darauf kam ein tiefer Seufzer. Am nächsten Tag war ein anderes Personal. Die Dame wo am Empfang war , war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war meine Erfahrung vom Hotel. Nochmals diese Erfahrung möchte ich nicht mehr erleben.

Das Hotel war nach Umbau m.E. noch nicht fertig. Im Bad fehlten Folgenes: Haterung für die Klohrolle, in der Dusche kein Haltegriff, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschzeug u, Anderes, keine Steckdose im Bad.
