Great place to stay.

Very clean place, my only complaint was water wasn’t coming from the shower pipe fast enough is like it was dripping from the shower. And you don’t get not even a cup of tea or coffee there.

Worse hotel stay I ever had

Checked in to find that they no longer offer breakfast. They are a smoking hotel. It wasn't just cigarettes smoke. Hallway was lit up with smell of marijuana. Hall carpet wasn't just dirty it was filthy like it had not been cleaned since hotel was built. Lost glasses behind bed. Pulled out and it was filthy. Would like my money back. Towels were not clean. Staff was really nice

I like that they remodeled it looks very nice and the bed is immaculate. I didn’t like that the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in I don’t know when and the bathroom shower floor was so filthy I had to clean that myself with bleach and wipes I brung from home. They can use more time making sure the bathrooms are cleaned how they clean at home and it would be so much better. I love this particular hotel because it’s quiet and safe I don’t have to worry about people loitering around the parking lot.

This property is undergoing a major renovation, so there were bathtubs in the lobby old mattresses in a dumpster in the parking lot...but after driving around the area for a hotel, this was our best option. The rooms that we were given were remodeled with new mattresses, etc. They are doing a good job of remodeling, but it is definately a work in progress. I am hoping the cleanliness will increase as the job is finished. The people were friendly and for the cheap price, it was an acceptable place to stay for the night. The entire town of Pine Bluff has an odor. We were told it was from a sulphur smell from the paper mill.I wouldn't choose to stay in this town again, it was just a stop along the way for us in our travels. The Sarcen Casino is a nice casino but that is all that we can say about this place,
