My girlfriend and I loved it here. Plenty of room to chill a backyard setting at the side of the house can go get a tan read, catch air if needed the neighborhood was friendly, didn’t need much of a cleaner since my girl is a clean freak but we definitely seen the cleaner on site and available. Ubers to locations are particularly cheap for the most part. An amazing stay in Scottsdale, I will definitely be back!

What a cool concept. Huge place. Campus even has a 3rd floor roof top to see the lights.

The photos on the ad are not photos of the actual property. I flew in from out of state to find this out. The host did nothing to resolve the issue. There is also a parking issue. I parked in the exact spot pictured in the instructions and was told this was the wrong spot after the fact. I found a note on my car

Hard Pass

Hard Pass. Physical keys to facility amenities (pool specifically) were to be provided and were not (technically a key was provided but didn’t work). Unit was clean enough but everything was very basic/bare-bones and lacked any charm whatsoever. Very unaccommodating check-in/check out times (also unable to provide early check-in which nearly every proper/traditional hotel can provide). Over the top requests of management company in regards to nearly everything and excessive damage deposit request/conditions relative to a traditional hotel. Spent my last night in Scottsdale in a typical 2-star Fairfield/Days Inn-type place for same money and experience was so much smoother and more enjoyable. I’m sure there are some instances where this place would be preferable to more traditional lodging…but I sure couldn’t find one. Hard pass.
