Check in was very pleasing and the lady was so happy even at 10:30 pm at night.
The bed was so comfortable and good pressure in shower with hot water.
I really was so appreciative of the man who walked the property at night to check out the area. Felt so safe there and the other visitors staying at the hotel where very nice. Thank you Travel Inn.
If you need somewhere to temporarily stay, and you don’t care about cleanliness, prostitution activity and some required, this would be the Place. The cleanliness of the hotel is not up to par at all. The sheets were stained towels were stained walls were very dirty, and the tub had leftover hair from the previous customer . There is women and men that do prostitution activity during the night. Luckily, I were on the side that doesn’t show all of the activity. It’s pretty quiet here to say the least, but kids should not be on this property at all.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The hotel has no lobby open to the public. All transactions are done through a small window. No ice machine and the soda machine is nonfunctional. It was unplugged to accommodate an electric vehicle for charging. Electric switch in bathroom was hanging partially out of the wall and the hot and cold in the shower are backwards connected. Housekeeper spoke no English so when she knocked on the door to clean the room she’d just leave! Had to call the office for clean towels after three days of no room service. Charges for weekend rate seemed outlandish for what you get. Many room repairs were obvious and substandard.
Worst hotel experience ever. Thankfully the combination of a sketchy lock and the lack of a Do Not Disturb sign, I did not leave my luggage and laptop in the room during the day. The only thing that I had left was my wet toothbrush next to the sink and my kids drinks in the fridge. When I returned later that evening, the room had been cleaned and my items were gone. When I asked the front desk about getting a replacement brush and a bottle of water so my daughter could take her medications, the night manager began to yell that no staff had touched these items and it was not the hotel’s responsibility. She continued to senselessly argue until I walked away. Fortunately I was able to find replacements at a nearby CVS. Also the mattresses were the quality of an early 1980s fold out couch. Will not be back.
