Great amenities. The cafe and the restaurant downstairs were convenient, but the hot tub wasn't working the first night (it wasn't hot). It gradually became warmer as the weekend continued. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, museums, and the basketball stadium (Mortgage Stadium).

Cleanliness of room-excellent. WIth great towels and shower in the bathroom. Staff made our stay excellent with a surprise beverage and birthday cake for an 80 something birthday and New Years celebration. Love this hotel despite a squeaky elevator that reverberated into the lobby.

The Hyatt Regency downtown Phoenix is an excellent place to stay, clean, friendly staff reasonable rates for a downtown location. I’ve stayed there several times and will stay there again when I’m in Phoenix.
