If you’re thinking about going to this hotel/motel, it’s best to look elsewhere. This place is rundown and in a not so great area. The staff were friendly but that’s pretty much it. When we got to the room, it was so unsanitary we were shocked-especially during COVID. There were stains on the bed, the lock was falling off of its hinges, the towels and walls were not clean. On top of that we’re pretty sure we saw blood on the bathtub and the fire alarm was disconnected. We ended up calling the staff to ask for a refund which they stated would be returned but we haven’t gotten one yet after two or three weeks. It’s such a bummer. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

The front desk (David) is amazing. Super flexible and accommodating.
The employees re very sweet, however the hotel is very rundown. Also the other regular guests that live there are not the type to actually let you sleep at night.
This place should not be on hotels.com yall should remove them. This place looks like there is plenty of drug heads and pushers.
My room wasnt ready. The lady that cleaned the room left water on the floor. No bleach. No pine sol. No fabolouso. Nothing. Scared to sit on bed.
We left right after we checked in. Was charged and no refund.
The Apache Inn isn't the most fancy of places but it's always clean and the staff is very nice! If there's anything you need they are always willing to help you out! Whether it's getting a taxi cab or making recommendations on a nice place to have dinner! Very accomodating and pleasantly surprised!
They are truly welcomimg and kind. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The two general managers are great! The house keeper are hard working and polite. I prefer the Apache Inn over all!
The manager, David was extraordinarily professional helpful and kind.

My room never got cleaned. I was there 10 days. After 3days I asked for towels and management told a girl to give me towels but she did not. I asked again but still no towels. After the 5th day I got towels. I asked for attention to room and tissue on 6th day and again nothing. I had to go on the 8th day for tissue. I spoke again about my room not ever getting attention. Management and front desk was not understanding as to why. Front fest stated that I was to get a cleaning once a week.
The dogs barking late into the night and knocking on doors was disturbing and I am sure some shady business was abound. I stayed there for 10 days because I wanted to be near my daughter who stayed across the street in 1900 Blvd. as the Pandemic had me concerned. I could have stayed with family or a better location but the fears I had kept me at that location. As a mother I put up with anything to be near my child but paying to live for 10 days and not having my room cleaned at a location that is not that great during a time of crisis is also very sad!
I had to also go daily as my key malfunctioned daily. I feared getting locked out. The lobby closed at 8:00 so if I was out later I might not get in. I was a concern but I was given the owners number and front desk. I was provided what I needed so I stayed.
Rooms were not cleaned. Was given 4 different options before finally room was doable. Non smoking rooms reeked of smoke! Furniture damaged and old! Short brunette that works night shift and front counter was nice and felt bad. Very accommodating, and was trying to rectify every new problem That arose.
The hotel’s pictures were probably outdated because the place didn’t look like It’s pictures and my bathroom smelled like pee in the shower there was a ball of hair in the drain I went to check out the pool and hot tub the hot tub didn’t work and it look liked it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Also I seen about 6 cats on the property and there feces as well.
Pictures were not current to post online, very minimal and simple maintenance needed to be done on a few things amongst the room. Beds were horrible and no real comforter set. Didnt stay in room much bc of the disappointment of the whole outlook of the room , I also dnt lime the fact that if you buy from online third party that you can't change room from smoki g to non-smoking if wrongfully chosen.

We stayed two nights and the second night the housekeeper forgot to clean our room and bring towels. The room was spacious and clean but overall I expected it to be better.

Front-desk Clerk told me at check in that we'd have a step in shower, we didn't. Amenities said microwave included in room, there wasn't one. TV remote had to be used standing between the beds and pointed at the center of the TV, so had to get up every time we wanted to change channels. The only buttons on the remote that worked were volume, channel up & down, & on/off. I understand that they're gearing up for a renovation, but in the meantime, thankful it was only for a one night stay.
In good conscience, my daughter and myself cannot recommend this motel to anyone.
This motel property turned out to be totally unsatisfactory for my 20-year-old daughter and myself. Both of us were unable to get any resemblance of a night’s sleep at this motel, due to doors, etc. banging late at night every 10 to 20 minutes. Several phone calls between the front desk and us resulted in them supposedly dispatching an employee several times to investigate, but always had no results. Finally, around 1 am, we ended packing up everything and moving to a different room. It still was a while before we could crawl back into bed because this motel uses a heavy chemical/disinfectant in their rooms which leaves a very strong, overpowering smell. Like the first room, we turned on the bathroom fan, the wall unit fan, and left the door and window open to air the room out. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to thoroughly air the room out as we both woke up the next morning with stuffed up noses.
We observed numerous young adults going in and out of the rooms. Being the middle of the night, one wonders about the legality of what is going on.
The rooms in this motel are run down with a large sink hole in the first bed I attempted to sleep in. The bathroom tub/shower unit is so old with such deep worn spots that the tub surfaces appear rather filthy.
On the plus side, I do like the wood floors in the rooms as they do not get soiled and smelly like carpet.
As soon as we realized the bed was broken, we should have checked out.
The head of house keeping suggested I sat down and broke it because she just flipped the beds. All size 10 of me.
The staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room.
