"The property and room was well appointed. The room was generally clean with need for dusting my only complaint. Although full of guests the staff was attentive when asked. Unfortunately when I checked in and offered my credit card for incidentals, they double billed me for the room and if I hadn’t caught it would have remained. But once disputed immediately resolved!"

"We loved this hotel. It is in a very walkable and interesting part of town, the room was clearly updated, well appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. The lobby was inviting, complete with a water station/seltzer, free coffee and cookies. I really appreciated as a traveler having water stations on each floor by the eleavtor, I can just fill my water bottle and be good for the day. The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because of the noise. It is right by the freeway, and the noise...

"Nothing special or out of the ordinary airport hotel, what was a little confusing even for the employees it was the way to register a guest staying there and also using the airport parking lot, i was there for only 3 days and every single employee i dealt with told me a different way to pay for the parking lot fee they should really train all of them together so they all pass the sorest and only way to use the parking lot for us guest."
