We checked in at a very busy time for a World Cup soccer game. The staff was very helpful in getting us our room even though we were 4 hours early to check in. The property looked very nice, everything was very clean, and the information for amenities, dining, and events were easy to find. We didn’t use any amenities but we loved having a great restaurant just down stairs. The location is very convenient for access to public transit and local sites and shops.

Stayed and attended a conference there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Can't comment on regular dining as I didn't use it but conference catering was good. Only gripe is that the elevator capacity doesn't seem to cope well you can wait a long time to get up and down to your room. Well located for reading terminal market .

My room was wonderful. Had a corner, double bed. Very clean and comfy linens. Cutest touches in the bathroom like cotton balls, cotton swabs and makeup remover wipes in a cute jar. Makeup remover wipes!!!!! Loved staying here. Only place I will when I’m in Philly.

Convenient location if you are going for public transportation. The room key scanner at elevator is a bit tricky. Otherwise it is amazing.

Our first stay at a Lowes Hotel, loved that they took a historic building & transformed it while keeping the historic nature of the property. Our room was lovely, great bathroom fixtures & maintenance. The elevators were a bit slow, but they are also historic. We were in town for America / Freedom 250 not a convention as it seems is the majority of the property. We did not eat at the restaurant but took advantage of the coffee shop which was convenient, well stocked with nice staff members. We are from Arlington TX & have 2 soon 3 Lowes Hotels that we attend events at but have never stayed as they are in our hometown. They are beautiful properties so we knew Philadelphia would be the same.
