Comfortable stay with great water views

A nice unit, comfortable master bed, fairly well equipped kitchen for cooking, tower 2 provides easy access to the property amenities, the one improvement I would suggest is more drawer space in the master.

Wonderful condo at Portofino Island!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Wonderful water views from every room & plenty of space. The 16th floor views were stunning! While it was spring break week, the resort didn’t feel overly crowded. Portofino is one of our favorite vacation spots and we will definitely be renting this condo again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The place was amazing. Just as advertised except for the views. Pictures cannot do it justice. We watched the sunsets from the balcony. Great resort. We will definitely come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and it was a fantastic experience. The views from the condo are simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama that can be enjoyed from both bedrooms or balcony. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive.

Perfect for my family

The condo was a great place for us for the week. I was a little nervous reading the reviews that the bed wasn’t comfortable but to my support it was very comfortable for us. I have a very expensive mattress at home and it’s hard for me to be comfortable anywhere I go, and this bed was comfortable with the added cousin. We found the place to be clean and had what we needed. The teens enjoyed the pools and jet ski’s. I even saw dolphins in the bay right from the balcony. Yes the decor is a bit dated but honestly I prefer it that way because it would probably be out of our price range if it were to be newly remodeled. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully we can make another trip down soon.

Great facilities, condo and location

The condo was as pictured, well stocked and the location of the tower was near all the facilities. The pools were great. The unknown bonus was that the designated parking spot was in a fabulous spot - near the tower pool and near the entrance of the parking garage so it was nice to be able to stow things in the car without having to carry them up and down (beach chairs/cooler/etc). The condo is also near the tennis courts and has a wonderful view of the sunset. The host was very responsive when making arrangements.

Best beach vacation

We were supposed to go Saturday 8/3 - 8/10. Our flight got canceled and pushed 2 days to monday 8/5. I asked Roxolona if we could extend our stay two days and she worked with us along with our airlines thank god and we ended up getting 7 days. The views were amazing, everything was clean and we were very comfortable. The beach was mesmerizing with clear aqua blue water and white sand. Not crowded whatsoever. Totally coming back. Thank you rox!

Fantastic Resort

I was amazed at the cleanliness of PIR and friendliness of the staff. The condo was great and very clean. The views were fantastic. Fridge filter needs to be replaced, The 2 chairs in LR were very uncomfortable. Need to be replaced with recliners. Carpet in bedrooms was very old and stained. Needs to be replaced. Was never contacted by anyone during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would have been nice to receive thanks for leaving the condo as clean as when we checked in.

This is a great resort! You cannot go wrong. It’s upscale with food options onsite. We had never been to Pensacola Beach, but we lived the town, beach, and restaurant options. Definitely try Crabs! But… choose another condo. This one had 2 thin, old, uncomfortable beds. Not worth the price. The fold out couch was disgusting. We immediately folded it back up. The appliances are dated and need to be replaced. The oven takes a very long time to heat up. The fridge has a loud beep about replacing water filter. Overall, great resort, but not a good unit.

Everything described in the VRBO add was spot on! Only recommendation is to bring beach towels. The location is so nice and quiet. The sunset view was exceptional! We had 2 mishaps and the owner was a phone call away and right on top of fixing the problem immediately. I would stay here again most definitely!
