The walls are very thin so you here everything. The positive is that you hear the sound of the waves, which is nice, BUT you also hear the other guests and more importantly the constant crowing from the multiple dozens of chickens and roosters on the property. So it is very hard to sleep past roughly 4AM, as the chicken/roosters constantly scream. The view is however sensational

Yeah this will be a 1star from me. What ever you do DO NOT book any of the downstair rooms. If anyone is staying above you, there is no chance you will get any sleep. There was a family of 4 ppl above me ( which seems way too many people for one room ) and I could hear everything, and I mean everything like they were next to me. I swear I could hear them breathe. That can be very freaky in the middle of the night especially. Whoever designed these cabins, should be out of job. Got almost no sleep while staying there. The staff was friendly but also look like they couldn’t be bothered some of the time. Didn’t even check the breakfast order with me for the last day, so I just got no breakfast at all. The location is pretty good and the beach is literally just there. The rooms were ok, the bathroom was average mainly do to the shower heads, that were so green and with so much build up, that there was almost no water coming through. I think this place needs massive upgrade in all aspects.

Very efficient room layout that is a traditional type for Nusa Penida beach houses. Suggest upstairs room for a bit more privacy on the balcony while looking out on the beach just steps away !

It was very convenient since the property is near plenty of restaurants and diving centers. And the ocean view from the place is so beautiful. Only disadvantage is that the walls were so thin. So, be prepared to hear the wave sounds all night, roosters crowing all morning.

Stayed here for two nights with a friend. The property located in front of a beach and only consist of 6 rooms, we took the upper room. The room is comfortable, however, since the wall is thin you could hear if someone is talking - other than that all good. Breakfast is simple and delivered to your room.

We did not stay, we left soon after we arrived. There was rubbish all around the peripheral of the property (that you had to walk through to get to the property) and the window on the bathroom was not very secure. Staff did not answer phone and appeared distant.

On the surface this seems like a really nice place to stay. The room itself is well furnished and attractive, however walls are very thin so can hear everything around you. To add to this the locals store chickens around the back of the hotel which we understand they can’t do much about, however the noise is relentless. The beach this property is advertised on is below par, very dirty, however the views of Bali from the beach did balance this out. The staff seemed to be quite distance and when asked for things, didn’t hide how it felt more of a chore for them. There are no facilities on site which from this pictures you wouldn’t guess. The area we are in has extremely limited places to eat or buy food and drink only accessible by car or bike don’t even bother walking. This was quite the hinderance when you want basic supplies such as water. Overall Nusa penida gave us some of the most amazing experiences we have encountered during travelling Bali, however we do feel the accommodation side of this trip let it down.

Der Strand und der Blick aus der Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Handtücher waren teilweise dreckig und das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Ohropax werden bereit gestellt. Frühstück ist sättigend, aber nicht zu empfehlen. In den umliegende Hotels gibt es besseres Frühstück.

Imposible dormir y descansar

El personal muy amable, y podría ser un sitio perfecto y precioso sino hubiera tanta basura alrededor y la playa justo en frente del resort estaba limpia pero dabas dos pasos y está todo lleno de basura. Es IMPOSIBLE dormir y descansar por que justo detrás hay un gallinero y literalmente los gallos no para en todo el día y la noche de cantar, se oye cómo si los tuvieras dentro de la habitación. Nos quejamos pero al parecer no pudieron hacer nada para que los movieran de sitio al menos para poder dormir por la noche. Hicimos videos y audios, que podría mandar si me adjuntan un e-mail de contacto ya que queremos poner una reclamación.

This could be such an amazing property. The rooms are spacious, but due to lack of tourism and a flood earlier this year, the facility is not well maintained and the beach is quite dirty and the approach to get in is a bit trick as road has been washed away. Beach had a lot of trash. Staff is friendly and its close to many great dive charter company and some good restaurants if you can get transport which can be tricky though hotel staff is happy to take you if they have the car and time. Worst part is the collection of roosters and chickens that live on property that make noise all day and night. So much potential but need some work

共入住4晚，第二晚發現床上有不少沙，相信由上層地板隙跌落嚟，實在難以接受，職員有建議換房，但實在太多嘢要執過，所以拒絕了; 上下層只隔一層木地板， 除第一晚外，一早一晚都聽著上層行嚟行去、傾計、睇電視、執嘢同跌嘢聲，除上層噪音外，仲有雞叫、狗叫、傾計聲、車聲同浪聲全晚交響樂，影響睡眠。選擇這旅館是因為在海邊方便下水，但其實並不適合游水，水質太差，垃圾太多，可惜……

Room had a good bed and and nice balcony attached to enjoy the view and sit out. Amazing listening to the sounds of the ocean as you go to sleep. Water pressure was a little soft but everything working fine. Staff accommodated all our needs.

This place is a Gem. Before i got there, i contacted them to areange to be picked up at the port and they were very responsive, and helpful. Check in was very smooth. The place was right on the beach, clean, gorgeous view of the sunrise and sunset. Good food,good drinks. Very cute lounge area. Wayan is very helpful and professional, he arranged for a driver for my tour and to drop off at port. I recommend this place highly. It was hard to leave and can't wait to be back.
