We had the most lovely stay over three nights. While the rooms might be dated, they are immaculately clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It would be great to see the restaurant open.

On opening the door I was impressed. It was a little dated but had so much room and bathroom was large. Kitchen included. Had the convinence of a laundry. Plus a gym if inclined to use it.

The property is off the main road so traffic noise was not an issue. The rooms were clean and roomy, with a balcony overlooking an attractive greened area. We had a meal in the on-site restaurant (Japanese) which was tasty and healthy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely, quiet and secluded place just a 10 minute stroll from the town of Pemberton. The room was clean and tidy, just needs a little updating with the bathroom and maybe it’s time to move the worn 1990s sofa out and get a newer one. Shower head was broken/cracked squirting water to different places but still worked well enough. Just needs a little TLC

Clean, functional, good location and value for money. Although the Queen bed was very comfortable, the single bed mattresses were more suitable for a child, not adult weight. We had family staying elsewhere in Pemberton who paid 3 times the cost we paid for run down noisy accommodation. We will return to Karri Forest Motel when next visiting Pemberton. Thank you

The location couldn't be more perfect, just a stone's throw away from the town center and conveniently close to electric vehicle charging stations, which was a huge plus for me. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious menu and friendly service. It was a great option for a relaxed meal after a day of exploring the area. Second time we've stayed here on our visit to Pemberton. Basic but cost effective and all we needed for the kids/family. Beds were comfortable and heaters worked great (although we couldn't figure out why the heating wouldn't go on immediately, but apparently it's like that will the Mitsubishi ones...) - were greeted friendly by the staff and were also able to get a free late checkout.
