Hotel staff were excellent. However, on arrival both rooms had clogged drains which was resolved shortly after arrival but the bathrooms had no hot water which endured for the duration of our stay. There were several instances where there were marijuana cigarettes left in the common hallways and around the pool area which weren’t removed for upto 24 hours. The televisions in the room were dated and not functional. There were a number of the days when the pool was not serviceable with green water. There was a constant smell of marijuana within the hotel and the alleyway which leads to the hotel was dirty and constantly stunk. Overall the hotel was satisfactory however overpriced.

We had a reservation at this Hotel and it is CLOSED, we paíd for the rooms and it is not in service. No page should allow inexisting hotels to publish or charge any customer for reservations with no verificated services

Personnel à l’accueil très désagréable et froid, chambre mal entretenue, j’ai même trouvé un cafard je l’ai signalé à l’accueil mais aucune réaction. Nous somme arrivées à 6h du matin j’avais déjà contacté l’hôtel si possible de nous préparer la chambre à l’avance mais aucune réponse.

ホテルではなく、部屋貸しみたいな感じのホテル

初めて部屋の鍵が南京鍵でした。プール付きのホテルを予約したのですが、プールは改装中で使用不可、エレベーターも2台の内1台は使用不可。2泊しましたが、ベットメイクも無くタオル交換もありませんでした。ただ繁華街、ビーチまでが近いのが、救いでした。

The hotel‘s location was amazing, it was in walking distance to almost everything but also tucked away down a street away from havoc. The hotel Is also very clean. However we did have conflict during checkin regarding adding an extra bed (we sent a message regarding this matter a few weeks before checking in which the said hotel they didn’t receive) which led to myself and my sister (2 adults) to share a single bed for the first night of our stay as there was “no one” available to organise an extra bed. Another issue is that the company only gives out 1 key card per a room, which caused the three of us some more conflict when returning home at different times.

The hotel was convenient and walking distance to the bars and attractions. The staff were not friendly at all during check in. We also had issues with our toilet the first night and when we called the front desk, they said we will have to wait till tomorrow for asssitance. Tomorrow comes around and 10 am, we still have not receive a phone call nor update. Mind you, we were unable to use the restroom since 10 pm the night before. We than called the front desk again around 10 am and they said they will send someone, an hour gone by and nothing. They happened to fix our issue an hour and half later. Also, we needed to catch an early flight so we ask for assistance to reserve a taxi, but they said the earliest was 7 am which did not help.

Buena opción para hospedarse en Patong

Es un buen hotel, con instalaciones limpias, habitación suficientemente amplia, ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa y de la bangla road y centro comercial principal de paton, a pesar de la cercanía la zona en tranquila, el desayuno es tipo buffet, la única observación de la habitación es que el baño presenta hongo y requiere limpieza. Tiene una piscina en la terraza con buena vista, sin embargo se han desprendido alguna lozas.
