First, the official check-in time is 2:00 PM. I arrived at the reception around 2:30 PM and was informed that my room was still not ready and that I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes. I DO NOT understand why I was required to wait more than one hour past the stated check-in time. Second, when I finally entered the room, I discovered that the toilet seat was missing. I immediately informed the receptionist and asked for it to be fixed. However, The reception told me that it could not be repaired until Sunday because it was the weekend, and I check out the next day (Sunday). I was also informed that changing rooms was not possible. Therefore, I will use toilet without toilet seats. The only compensation offered was complimentary breakfast.

The room was small but clean and we were right next to the elevator so was a bit noisy in the morning. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the metro is very close otherwise we did walk to many areas and felt safe but it’s definitely more of a locals area versus where all the major attractions are.

リーズナブルな値段に合ったお部屋でした。タオルなどが乾かせるウォーマーがあり、ケトルやスティックコーヒー、紅茶などがあります。 オーガニックのボディとシャンプーに使えるジェルや、ハンドソープ、ボディローションがあります。 ただ、シャワーの排水溝のフタが壊れていたり、シャワーのドアも壊れていて、シャワーカーテンが後付けしてあったり、使えるので問題はないのですが‥ あと、洗面台が少し小さくて使いづらいです。 でもベッドが最初、ダブルベッドで予約したのですが、ツインに変更してくれました。フロントのスタッフは優しくて感じ良いです。 メトロも近く、スーパーもあるので、リーズナブルを重視するなら良いホテルだと思います。

The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The room was small but it was very clean. There was an issue with the TV in the room and that was resolved in a timely manner. They gave us directions and tips on how to navigate using the Metro. The nearest Metro station is Juaréz and was only a few steps from hotel. There is also a wine store (Nicolas) which is only 80m away from the hotel. There were also cafés, restaurants, boullangerie and passiterie. Also the Paris Fried chicken (PFC) is a must try. It was €5 for 10pc chicken wings. The Artisan boullangerie / passiterie nearby is also a must try. I will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend this hotel for travellers to Paris.

Das Hotel ist um die Ecke von der Metro-Station Jaurès, man ist wirklich gut angebunden. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber es hat für unsere Anforderungen vollkommen ausgereicht. Das Bad war recht sauber, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hilfsbereit und nett. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt entspannt und völlig unkompliziert. Einzig einen Kühlschrank haben wir im Zimmer doch vermisst.
