We were a group of 5 people in separate rooms, and we plan on staying elsewhere next time. People complained about the temperature, the noise, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Staff was nice.

Way too expensive for such a basic hotel. Even half the price would have been too much. Noisy, small rooms and low level of service.

Good stay a bit far from the city

This was my first time with this chain and I really enjoyed it! So much so that I booked twice more. As a solo female it was just what I needed - a clean, safe, simple and affordable room. It was perfect for me! The only thing was the distance from the city - I believe this was in zone 3 which costs a bit more to travel by public transportation.

Good place to be. Breakfast is great. I would like to see improvement in room such as a refridgerator, coffee, 4 pillows instead of two. Also a trash can. Hi how about ironing equipment., we need an iron for pressing. But overall my stay was nice.

In a good place in terms of access to Paris but in terms of value for money would consider over priced. No hand towels and just 2 bath towels. Room quite basic and fir nearly £600 fir 2 nights fir 2 not great

Very disappointed

The room was according to expectations yet when the time came to take a shower, the head of the shower almost fell on my head. Had I not paid attention, I would have sustained injuries. The morning after at checkout, I did mention it to the reception desk. I was told that they were not compelled to believe me. That morning, I had to leave to my business meeting barely having been able to take a proper shower, in a sweaty and hot day. I asked for reimbursement since an essential part of the stay had not been fulfilled, buit was told that this was not going to be possible.

Disappointing

The landscape and interior of the hotel doesn’t correlate with what’s displayed on the website. Located on a main, busy road with no connections to Paris. I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area and would not recommend that anyone should go outside of a night. The saving grace were the staff who were friendly and helpful.

4 nuits à 210€ pour un B&B Hotel sur une semaine ou il y avait un salon à quelques kilomètres. Une chambre avec un grand lit qui sont en réalité 2 lits simples (désagréable, vous tombez dans le trou centrale toute la nuit) et des fenêtres vieillissantes qui n'isolent pas du tout le bruit alors que vous êtes au dessus d'un périphérique... Rarement vu aussi médiocre en rapport qualité/prix
