Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

Tudo perfeito! Somente a limpeza do quarto que não foi realizada em 2 dias , nos foi questionado se havia a etiqueta “Nao perturbe” na porta do quarto mas confirmamos que não colocamos essa. Ficaram de dar um retorno e não retornaram. Falha grave mas nao tira o brilho da pousada. Voltarei sempre que possível.

Excelente pousada, parece até um resort com estrutura bem conservada para todos os gostos. Café da manhã excelente. Fica um pouco distante do centro do histórico, mas a pousada oferece translado com agendamento por ordem de chegada, necessário se organizar com antecedência. Ficamos hospedados do dia 09/12 ao dia 16/12 e amamos toda a nossa estadia . Hotel com café da manhã espetacular..... com muitos doces maravilhosos. 5 piscinas disponíveis com 2 aquecidas , onde os locais são extremamente limpos e organizados . Sala de jogos completa com ps5 , mesa de sinuca , pimbolim e vários outros jogos legais para as crianças e adultos também. Doceria e hamburgueria espetaculares . Fomos comemorar nossos 11 anos de união, eu e meu marido. Atendimento bom, a equipe sempre te saúda com educação e sorrisos, similar à resorts de super luxo como nas Maldivas que ficamos ano passado. O restaurante pode melhorar bastante ou baixar bastante os valores... Achamos a porção pequena, a carne com molho Gorgonzola veio com muito pouco molho, seco, as batatas soute eram 4 fatias como na foto. As instalações e toda estrutura da pousada é muito boa e bem cuidada. Wi-Fi bom. Chuveiro e ar condicionado muito bons. Estacionamento bom. Um dos melhores café da manhã de toda minha experiência. Além de várias opções, tudo com muita qualidade. O brownie com doce de leite é surreal, indico. Boa parte do público é um tanto "mid", lembrando os bons tempos do hotel urbano, aliás, deve ter algum belo cupom de desconto por aí... comportamentos como ligar caixa de som na piscina com funk, falando alto, algo proibido nas regras da pousada. Acho que falta a interferência da equipe quando presenciar este tipo de coisa pois está nas regras assinando pelo hóspede no momento do check-in. Isto foi uma vez, na minha experiência, pode não se repetir na sua experiência. Indico bastante pra descansar e curtir a estrutura da pousada.
