Everything was wonderful! The room was amazing & having thermal pools right out the door was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also great, with enough vegan options to satisfy. Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience! The resort was so clean and surrounded by beautiful sceneries. We got to the hotel early so they stored our luggage and we were able to go hike from the resort. When we got back we checked in and enjoyed the pool area. At night we soaked in the hot spring in front of our room. The place is so quiet and very relaxing. It was one of the best part of our vacation!

Wonderful place with nice rooms that include a small living room with a fireplace. The termal pools are clean and include different temperatures. The gardens and outdoor areas are well kept. The breakfast buffet was great.

Excellent amenities in the room. They provided fresh water in a container. The hot springs were the most relaxing part of the trip. The hiking trail was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast had an excellent selection to choose. Staff was very kind and always professional.
