Comfy bed, clean room and nice pool. Restaurant had slow service but the food was good when it arrived. To many staff not doing anything so we ordered at the bar for food and every drink.

The room itself was ok and the sauna was nice. Most of the staff tried their best and were very kind. That’s unfortunately where the positive things to say end.
This place is neglected and falling apart. The showers in the room were a joke, in the wardrobe was a moldy blanket. Everywhere you looked was paint peeling, things overgrown by weeds and exposed cables and wires. This place didn’t weather the pandemic well and obviously needs some investment and proper maintenance and management. Value for money is negative :(
Great place to relax and enjoy side trips to the Paksong area especially waterfalls. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is nice, service, pool, sauna and outdoor facilities are very good. Highly recommendable.
The resort has much potential. Sadly it is poorly managed and with the exception of the pool very dirty. There is dust on all surfaces in the room , the windows look as if they haven’t been cleaned for weeks, the staff appear unmotivated and lazy.
The food was good in the restaurant, but not so the service, breakfast was okay.
There is not much competition nearby as Tad Fane resort is regularly booked out.

Ive stayed here a few times as its the only place i like in Pakse.
Im also happy to see that they didnt close after covid and are still running.
However standards have noticeably dropped alot, whether its on or off season shouldnt make a difference.
Im hoping my next visit will be better.
The WIFI is terrible.

Not friendly place
From desk blonde hair thai lady was not friendly or helpful. She's giving thai hospitality a bad name. Im giving a low score because the check it was not as smooth as most places i stayed at. Also, i came back from my excursion around 9 pm ish and the office was closed. I called the numbers posted in my room but no one answered. I walked over to the office next morning at around 6pm, office still closed. I saw few kitchen staff arrived and ask for a ride to the airport but none have that info. I managed to booked a ride with xanh sm (a taxi, car, and tour package ride app.similar to Uber or LEFt) and got to pakse airport in time for my flights. If i were to do it against i wouldn't stay here because this place not as well maintained. I saw plastics bottles on the ground and baskets full of trash. Not a good sight when you're on vacation. The plus sides, housekeeping was great, and the sunset by the pool.
Endroit très sympa
Pour accéder à des cascades
Piscine tout aussi sympa
Le bungalow est très bien
Le restaurant est aussi top

Anlage auf den zweiten Blick in Ordnung. Leider schlechter erster Eindruck.

I liked that the villa rooms were spacious and clean. The washroom was quite large with an extra shower area outdoors. There was a connecting door between two rooms for families. A great view from the large window that let in a lot of light. The pool area was nice although we didn't get to use it. There was no one there when it was suppose to open but we got in anyway just to take some photos. There was a wonderful breakfast with many coffee options. The staff were very friendly, even saw them exercise as a group in the morning. Would stay again!
An excellent place to have a rest with the quite nature.

Pros: This property provides a beautiful view of the plateau area and is close in proximity to two major waterfalls worth visiting (the Manager will give you a free ride to/from the waterfalls). The villas are well-appointed with furnishings and amenities. The restaurant provides tasty evening meals. The Manager is hard-working and tries very hard to meet his guests needs.
Cons: The grounds need much TLC. Every villa should be sprayed for ants. The breakfast attendants are not motivated to keep the breakfast room and buffet clean for guests visiting in the latter half of breakfast hours. A bit isolated, so you need to either have transportation to visit places on your own or arrangements with a private driver.
