Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy.

*this is during May, off peak season for khaoyai* Pros - Rooms were spacious and clean, lobby and facilities are nice, breakfast spread was good (more during wkends), mini bar and water was replenished daily and generous, facilities were spaced out quite far but buggy services prompt and frequent, staff were friendly and willing to help. Great for a quiet retreat. Cons - construction still ongoing around the lake so the view is not as great as advertised but hotel can’t be faulted for this.

Comfortable base for exploring the Khao Yai National Park. The Atta is one part of three connected resorts within the grounds. You can use facilities in all these. Room spacious & clean. Food in the restaurants is good but pricey. Buffett breakfast very good with International & Thai choices. Better printed information for international travellers would be helpful. Staff pleasant & helpful but limited English spoken so brush up on your Thai. All in all a very pleasant & restful three nights stayed here.

Just a feedback for the front desk receptionist. At check-in being asked if I would pay an extra fee for a better view suite. I already booked/paid a lot for our 2BR suite…please do not try to negotiate your guests to pay more money during upon their arrival. We travel for a long drive, it’s not a good time to ask…not worth it. Another 5-star hotel would greatly appreciate their guests by upgrading to a nicest accommodation room if the hotel has a room available. We have stayed here before and my family would love to go back. The front office needs to work on services professionalism.

The room smells damp and bad most of the time as well the bathroom too. The toilet did not flush well. The room looks very old especially the floor. I found flies in my room at night every night. They must have left the room opened while cleaning. The service is good though.

I recently had the pleasure of revisiting this hotel after several years, and I was delighted to find that it has maintained its charm and overall excellence. While the timeless ambiance remains, there are a few aspects that could use a touch-up. The hotel's aesthetics and furnishings, though classic, have started to show signs of aging. The sofa bed in my room, in particular, required a thorough cleaning as it was noticeably dusty. Despite this minor setback, the rooms still exude luxury and comfort, maintaining the high standards I remembered from previous visits. One notable area that could be improved is the lighting. The rooms seemed a bit dim, and I believe a brighter ambiance would enhance the overall experience. However, this did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff pays meticulous attention to details, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. While some members of the staff may not be fluent in English, their excellent service more than compensates for any language barriers. A highlight of my visit was the in-house Japanese restaurant, which continues to impress with its authentic cuisine. The dining experience was a true delight, and I eagerly anticipate returning for another culinary journey. Situated not too far from major attractions, the hotel offers a quiet and quaint retreat. Echt een heerlijk hotel, dichtbij de ingang van Khao Yai. Veel luxe in oppervlakte en faciliteiten, maar de kwaliteit is in mindere mate. Personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, aanrader voor een verblijf tijdens tours rond Khao Yai!
