For family with kids no big no no

That place is bad! Old carpet windows are very hard to move? I think for people don’t like noise yea is okay for family with kids I don’t recomend this day a boy or girl want’s to watch tv not good idea

We had a wonderful time staying at the Old St. Angela Inn. The staff was friendly and location perfect for visiting Pacific Grove and Monterey. Parking was easy and everything was within walking distance. The wi-fi was a little spotty, but other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you and see you next time!

Read this comment before you book your stay !!

What a disappointment from what the Inn used to be. No more wine and cheese in the dining room where people used to gather. Breakfast was terrible and nothing compared to what it used to be. Will not be returning. the changes in the new management are too drastic and too cheap. It's gone from a 5 star in to less than a Travel Lodge.No cups, kleenex, math mat in bathroom. We were so disappointed. New management has really downgraded this wonderful inn and what a drastic difference. If they want breakfast to look bigger than the 1/2 crescent with hard boiled eggs they serve they should use smaller plate. Past patrons will not be returning because of what we were used to. Terrible

We booked this on a whim as we really didn't want to drive back to the east bay on a late rainy night. What a gem. Nice, clean, near the ocean and just a great place all the way around.

I made an online booking for the hotel for one night stay in Sept 2019. When we got there around 9:00pm that day, there were no rooms. The inn owner told us she would make one room available in one hour. We went out for a late dinner and were no longer be able to got connected to the owner thought numerous calls. We had to make a quick booking and stayed at the other hotel. The owner refuses to give us the full refund and we are still in dispute after three months.

Nice and quiet, great value

The rooms were clean, there was beautiful antique furniture in my room. The host was very friendly and courteous and explained all the amenities and answered all my questions. I would definitely stay at this place again. It had it ha a nice warm romantic feel to it, typical for Pacific Grove with all these nice old Victorian homes.

Nice room, nice place, and cordial innkeeper. However, I was disappointed because my reservation and the initial description said breakfast included. I was looking so forward to that and this was a big letdown. They said they had discontinued it a while ago. Management should have updated description but they did not! This is a misleading description.

Great Place to Stay

Old St Angela Inn was an amazing place to stay & in a great location, you really get the feel of the town & the beach. It’s not in a tourist heavy location, it’s more of the side of town that the locals are at, & the places to eat are easily walkable. The Inn itself is so cute & charming & extremely clean, we loved every second.
