Fint opphold, men rart å være helt alene på et hotell. Måtte vente lenge før vi ble sluppet inn i resepsjonen. Men sånn er det vel på grunn av corona. Rent og fint! Gode senger. Meget sentralt.

Mitigé, un peu cher, peut mieux faire

Les lits sont doubles, mais avec une séparation au milieu ... et une seule couette ainsi qu’un seul oreiller n’est fourni. Cela n’est pas un « très grand lit double » comme inscrit sur le site. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclu et assez cher (15€) pour un très petit choix ! Il manque des œufs brouillés, du bacon, etc. Sinon le reste est correct, le restaurant très bon.

Squeaky beds in oddly shaped room

We booked a room for three. It was really inconvenient. One person ended up climbing over a bed and a table to go to her bed. Two of us checked out early. We told The portier that one of us picks up some things before noon. She was asked how she got the key-card and was refused to let to go to the room. I like Tøyen a lot, but will not stay there anymore.

Very rude and hostile security guards, stalking...

The front desk guy was very nice to us. But at night, coming back from dinner, there was a security guard check point with an extremely rude security guard. He harassed us on the way in because we were happy, smiling and laughing. Asking us “what’s so funny” in a mean intimidating way. Later that night he knocked on the door and admitted he was listening to us for 10 mins and told us to be quiet. We weren’t even being loud, We were only talking and played a YouTube video on the computer, not even on the TV. He complained and said to us “this is my hotel, not your hotel. If I come back I will kick you out. . .This made me never want to stay at this place again. Who wants to pay money to be treated like a trespassing criminal. This place is not worth the discount. I will never go to this place again because of this security situation. The security is terrible...

Bra service!!

Meget god service og hyggelige ansatte, Små rom, med bitteliten kjøkkenkrok. Støv og møkk i hjørner (bak de tunge gardinene) masse svart trafikkstøv rundt vinduer og på overflater man sjeldent bruker,tyder på sjelden rengjøring av annet enn det "daglige". Ellers fornøyd med oppholdet for den prisen!

Synes dette er forferdelig , ble kastet ut fordi brannalarmen gikk fordi jeg dusjet med varmt Vann (damp ) . Bel beskyldt for å røyke å lastet ut midt på natta . Veldig bra og moderne rom med perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til det vi tenkte å utrette i Oslo. Kona mi var svært godt fornøyd, og da er jeg også fornøyd.

Helpful reception, clean spacious room 4.5 star

Good helpful reception, quick check in, I couldn’t get the room heating to work and there is a LED coloured strip light right above double bed, couldn’t find a switch for that to turn off, tried all buttons in the room, at the end it was late at night so fell asleep due to tiredness but i slept well on the comfy double bed. Nice and clean washroom, much better than Some of the big hotels of Oslo. Hotel doesn’t allow late checkout, i was told i have to pay 100kr per hour if i want late checkout, it would be nice to accommodate your guests a little bit. I would definitely recommend this hotel for online price.

Fabulous hotel!

It was a lovely stay, where we stayed in Oslo for around 3 days. The hotel was very nice and very clean. I would defiantly recommend paying extra for the breakfast because it was amazing value and everything was sooooo tasty!

Hotel sujo, tudo muito empoeirado. A recepção é linda, mas o quarto deixa a desejar, pequeno, cama dura, banheiro sem nada de material de higiene pessoal, nem mesmo sabonete para as mãos na pia.

This place convenient due to the metro was within walking distance apart from that nothing spectacular. The room did get too hot but there is a tiny thermostat, you just have to find it. Shower was brilliant- boiling hot water. The kitchen area was useable. We brought a saucepan from home and knife. Other than that there was plates, bowls, T-cup, cutlery just for 2 people. The mini fridge unfortunately wasn’t cold enough. We had a patio, the only problem is that people went there to smoke and socialise. The trick is move all the outdoor furniture away from your area so there is little noise and smell. I was very disappointed that house keeping didnt clean the room well and didn’t give us clean towels. Our toilet was dirty for 3 days - I did mention to reception but they said house keeping is very busy this time of year.

Appena arrivati ci è stata assegnata una camera sporca, tavolo rotto, utensili da cucina non lavati bene, frigo ancora pieno di cibo del cliente precedente.. dopo le ovvie lamentele ci hanno spostato in un’altra camera più grande, che aveva purtroppo un odore insopportabile proveniente dalla cucina.. non potendo cancellare la prenotazione siamo rimasti passando il meno tempo possibile in camera . Ps.cucina senza scolapasta quindi cucinate altro
