Enjoyed the older style and the actual physical regular key for our room. The free breakfast was small but good. Hotel is right off the main street so walking to dinner and around town was easy and simple. Only complaint was our AC wasn't working, but it was no big deal and staff made sure to let us know when we went to check in to make sure we were okay with it (it was the only room left). Kept the window open and we were alright.

With this price point, you have a good idea what you're getting. The buildings are quite old, and with so many people living here full time, I was expecting the room itself to be a horrorshow. But I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and the bed comfy, and the shower was spectacular. Like everything else, the room was dated, and the mini fridge hadn't been defrosted since the Clinton administration, so be sure to check for the iceberg in your own room before proceeding. The "breakfast" was the standard, low-effort of hard boiled eggs and refrigerated carb options. But the coffee was good.

While the front desk people were exceptionally kind, the property was needing a lot of attention. When we got to our room, the motel door was open to the elements. There were housekeeping items left in the room and housekeeping had not finished, leaving their cleaning materials in the room and beds unmade. We had already been told this was the last room so there was no switching. While we were grateful for a room, there were so many bugs, unclean spills, and hair in the bathroom… I have stayed at many cheaper hotels, but this was by far one of the worst in terms of cleanliness. Other things to note: The parking lot was very dimly lit, our key did not work, and our room reeked of weed. We opted for a cheap hotel instead of camping because of weather but next time I would suggest camping instead of staying here.

Central location. Several excellent dining options a short walk away. No real pet area. Vacant lot out back was filthy and seemed unsafe especially after dark.

The check in was awful. It was 7pm and the receptionist was unwelcoming and unfriendly. She clearly didn’t want to be there. The rest of the stay was fine. The room was clean and as advertised. The check out was fine. The 8 am receptionist was lovely.

This place is the armpit of WA. TV didnt work, toilet not flushed or cleaned, papercup of coffee in the desk and left there,,, with mold on top. Bath towels used and dirty on the floor, and same with used wash clothes,,, but the bed was clean,,,,. That night manager said he would refund my payment. Had to have 2 rooms cuz I needed the tv white noise..... and my TV didnt work

My room wasn't ready, but they gave me another one, which was better as it was on the ground floor and I didn't have to pack items up. Get up early for the continental breakfast before the best food is gone. Room was clean and quiet. Nice large parking lot.

We went to this property for the convenience of it being close to stampede rodeo. Its about a 10min walk to the main area so that was a plus. Food was in walking distance as well. The tv wasnt working and the bathroom was dirty. This is a cheap place to lay your head down at night with AC to escape the heat... nothing special really. They do offer breakfast which was biscuits and gravy and some other small items which was great.

Looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is it. No amenities other than a simple breakfast. TV didnt work and ive never seen a dirtier bathroom. But i just needed a place to sleep, and this hotel suits my needs, at a low price. Morning staff is nice. Been here before, will stay again.
