We loved the location (right next to a tram station) and it was very central in terms of walking to the main shopping area, the cathedral and to the river/museum. We felt safe. Room was comfortable and clean. There was a bit of a musky smell though. We also didn't have any shampoo in the room and had to ask for some, but other than that, the room was great. We'd definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to other. Staff was also very professional and friendly. "
