Last stay in this place 20 hard days

People at the reception are very unprofessional in particular the reception manager, the one with curly hair, never smiling to the costumer never able to get A positive answer to a request seems like her hobby is to annoy the costumers Despite that there is one night receptionist which is very professional that speaks perfect english and some french which is absolutely amazing and helpful Housekeeping changes bedsheets only every 3 days, and charged me new bed sheets because I had some blood on my bed Also they leave bag trash all day long in the corridors and take 1 hour to change just 4 towels and not even changing the bed .. as an ex hotel worker I have never seen that i am still wondering what takes 2 ladies inside a room for just changing 4 towels? Had to have a talk with the hotel manager to talk about all the negative things about my stay, she was comprehensive but unfortunately my stay was already spoiled There are lots of strange people seating everyday in the lobby and in front of the hotel talking very loud in various middle east language. Overall very low standards hotel, very noisy Indeed, The location is good If you can get a room isolated your stay will be ok, Arcadia hotel definitely needs to improve many points Because with the years the weak points are getting worse. It was probably my last stay there as you can find a much better Quality place for The same price range.

hallo iedereen ,in het begin was het goed ,alleen wil je schone kleren doen duurt drie dagen ,de kamer schoon maken doen ze heel laat in de dag of niet ,wil je vrienden uitnodigen dan moeten ze hun paspoort laten zien ,geen discussie mogelijk ,verder zijn ze wel vriendelijk ,het is hoofdzakelijk de beveiliging doe moeilijk doet ,en schoonmaak is laks ,verder is het een goede keus dicht bij zee en winkels .

we booked a room with a king bed, but were accommodated to twin bedded room, since there were no availability for king bedded room. they didn't offer an upgrade or to move us to the other room on the other night. there was no hot water in the shower in our room, and as they said, on Saturday at 4 pm no one can fix it! and didn't offer any alternatives! Hotel's parking is not free for the guests, and moreover there was no space for our car, even taking into consideration we informed the hotel in advance we will need it.

It’s the worst hotel ever. Cook rich in the room big or small size. The front desk employees rude . Light is weak in the room ,you cannot even read.they said this what you have paid for . If you check early they will charge fee!!!! Zero customer service. Pictures available upon request

Importante entender que este hotel não está interessado em estrangeiros que tem expectativas mínimas de atenção Não se fala inglês e eles têm ocupação de russos e/ ou jovens árabes Muito complicada a atenção e não espere alguém lhe ajudar. Carros não chegam até a porta do hotel... estranho mas verdade Sujeira embaixo das camas Cuidado.

Nice hotel for a nice price

Bad hotel

IT was a bad experience and I do not recommend it to anyone. The hotel appears to be economical but after you book they start to tell you about room categories that do not exist on the booking sites, and they force you to pay for upgrades and other stuff. Not something I wish to go back to in the future and hopefully, it will never be the case.

Odada 2 böcek öldürdüm. Paranızda olsa şu istesenizde gelmiyor. İngilizce bilen yok hükmünde. Kış mevsiminde durum buydu yaz mevsiminde bilmiyorum. Çarşaflar 3-5 günde 1 değişiyor. Odada terlik yok parayla alıyorsun
