Once your vacation is centered around Ocho Rios and its close by areas this resort is for you, my experience at Mystic Rigid paradise was breathtaking with their facilities playing a huge role in accommodating me at its most comfortable level.

The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism. Very recommended!

The property was like being home. The owner Charmaine was very accommodating and everything you may need was already in the property. There was stairs to climb because it is the penthouse. lol. So be mindful if you can’t do steps at all. I have bad knees but it was doable. There were maintenance there that helped with out luggage when we arrived. There’s around the clock security. And you’re near the main strip but there is walking but again not bad. But that’s what you do in JA. I normally stay at all inclusive resorts but I also enjoy the freedom of being on vacation but also feeling at home. This property was it. The swim up bar was also a plus and they served light food there as well. Highly recommend this property everyone was nice and accommodating. They even had a floaty at the pool for the kids. Family friendly as well as a girls trip. Thanks again Charmaine.

First and foremost, Mystic Ridge is a huge complex with several individual units. A mini resort is also within the complex.There are security guards at the gate 24/7. And security camera is also installed. The guards don't allow any strange to enter, unless they've business on the property (picking-up/dropping-off someone). Also, some owners install cameras. Plus at night the entire complex is well lit. Thus, we felt very safe staying at this property. Again,the entire property was very quite--no one was seen hanging around. During our four days stay, we came across the groundskeepers, the hotel staffs, and occasionally, a few people at the pool, plus the security guards at the gate. Everyone were very pleasant. Even though the complex has no elevator, it wasn't a problem for us. The safety and location make up for that. So please don't compare it to a 5 star hotel or a low budget hotel. I'd say a decent, humble place.The beds & pillows were very comfortable.The bathrooms were also very clean, with hot water of course. We didn't utilized the swimming pool because beaches were within walking distance. Also, it's within walking distance to downtown Ochie. And Margaritaville (that has a beach on site and several craft shops), Devon House Ice cream is on the 2nd fl, (it's the best!) Walk to the Jerk center. They've the best roast fish. Plus there are several fun activities within a few miles. Last, but not least, the host Charmaine was super nice. we'd stay there again.

Grounds were beautiful. Some buildings just needed a little TLC and painting on the outside, also too many stairs to get to some apartments like the 2 bedrooms. My stay was wonderful though, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lots of fun by the pool and bar. Thank you Ms. Charmaine for checking in and making sure our stay was wonderful!

Miss Charmaine was a wonderful hostess. She took care to contact me before, during and after our stay. The townhome is super cute with a great balcony for relaxing or eating. Miss Charmaine also put me in touch with Mr. Martin who promptly picked us up at the airport and brought us back. The view from the property is breathtaking. The beach is walking distance and loads of restaurants and shopping on the walk. Will definitely be going back to visit Miss Charmaine’s adorable place and enjoy some more down time in gorgeous Jamaica.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner Charmaine was very helpful With our last minute booking. Checking was supposed to be at 3pm and she was able to allow early checking. She recommended great restaurants in Ochi. Since the moment we arrived at the property we felt very comfortable. We highly recommend this. Property very close to restaurants and attractions.
