First impressions are important and the member of staff at reception was welcoming and super efficient..she sorted out dinner for us and went over and above to ensure a great stay. Room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom! Breakfast was amazing and fantastic value.. Would definitely recommend..."

"Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. "The room was amazing and so comfortable, the staff were lovely and couldn't have done anymore to make our stay special. The food was phenomenal and after seeing the prices we will definitely be planning on visiting more often with our family. Cannot wait to see the renovation but hope the same feeling stays about the place as it is such a special venue for us as a family. We got married there and love the old Scottish feel about the place. "
