We enjoy our stay. The town is very quaint. Our room was small but clean and upstars from their restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was amazing and friendly.

A Great Location

A very comfortable hotel situated in a great location with plenty of free parking nearby. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English (as opposed to my very limited French). The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here as an overnight stopover when driving from Italy back to the UK. It's a pity we couldn't spend longer in Obernai as it is an absolutely gorgeous place. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were meeting friends elsewhere, but the rooms were exactly what we needed and had all the facilities we needed. Overnight parking in the main car park cost just over 2 Euros so no complaints there.

My daughter and I stayed here when visiting the Strausburg Christmas market, it was perfect! A short walk to the train station and we also enjoyed the Christmas market in Obernai. We didn’t have warm water one night but understand it’s an old building. We had THE BEST service from Maude who made up for it by her kindness, she made room for us to have dinner when we didn’t have a reservation one night and went way above and beyond by helping us get our laundry done! Would highly recommend this hotel based on Maude’s service alone!

I loved this place

A simple, quiet hotel with comfortable beds and dark curtains. If you arrive in daylight, you’ll see it’s also beautiful. I arrived at midnight, long after the reception closed, but had an email with the front door code and my key was in my door. Their restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights i was there, and i had other plans the 3rd day. But it was packed that night. Breakfast looks good, but I don’t eat breakfast. It’s a beautiful little town, well touristed with the corresponding good restaurants, shops and bars, and Hotel Sainte Obernai is right in the middle of it.

Surprise, la réception était fermée. Une information mail avait été transmise mais un peu tard. Belle chambre quadruple au premier étage, merci. Bouchon de l'évier et porte de la douche défectueux. Bon petit-dej.

Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka. Nära till allt som parkering, restauranger och butiker. Vi stannade två nätter och åt god frukost båda dagarna. Finns också restaurang som vi också besökte en kväll. Klart godkänd mat.

Der zimmerservice beinhaltete keine Reinigung der Fußböden, diese waren staubig, auch im Badezimmer. Aber es hat eine Klimanlage, was bei dieser Hitze sehr gut ist. Das Zimmer war klein, aber praktisch und ausreichend Platz für Wäsche. Die Damen waren nett. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel sehr praktisch in der City und nahe des großen Parkplatzes.
