The property is kept very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the location is amazing, just one block away from the main square.

This place is perfect if you want to get around centro on foot. If you're like me and is looking for a place to lay your head after exploring the town, then stay here. It's affordable and clean, and quiet.

The reason why I reviewed this place as terrible is because during my stay my husband and I were resting during the day and our door was opened by one of the staff members. We never found out who opened the door but we had an idea of who it was. Besides that horrible experience, the place was clean and situated in a great place. I will not be staying there and it is very I fortunate because if it was not for this experience I would have returned for my stay during my next visit in September.

Las instalaciones en general: mobiliario, baño, terrazas, no tiene el nivel de los hoteles en Oaxaca, para el precio hay hospedajes mejores. La primera habitación que nos dieron era horrible y tuvimos que pagar casi el doble por una “decente”. Tiene el estacionamiento en el patio central, gran error, las alarmas de los coches, el humo, muy mal. No volveré elegirlo.

Excelente ubicación, buen trato y limpieza, solo k en la habitación en la puerta de entrada en lugar de tener madera tenía rejillas y por ahí se filtraba todo el ruido del exterior y Eso hace k no se descanse lo suficiente bien.. se hizo el comentario en la recepción ojalá puedan solucionar el problema..

The positives were the cleanliness, location, and friendliness of the staff. They let us keep our bags behind the counter before check-in and after check-out which was so appreciated! I was disappointed with the room, though, and wouldn't stay here again. We had booked a room with a king-size bed but were given a very tiny room with a double bed. Most of the king-size room photos showed windows and some space to move around in. This room didn't have any windows, was barely big enough to fit the bed and a dresser, and was very noisey from the commercial washing machine next door and the echoing conversations and footsteps in the courtyard. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told that this was the only room they had. I really wanted to love it but I have been in Oaxaca for a few weeks now and don't think this is worth the price.

Synd att man strunta i så viktiga detaljen.

Check in brukar vara kl. 15.00, vi kom kl. 17.00 till hotellet och rummet var inte klar! Mycket ljud på nätter och mycket ljus i rummet... Svårt att sova, dessutom duschen var trasig och golvet var alltid våt.
