Amazing hotel.

Our stay was perfect at Agrado guest house. The employees were very nice and welcoming, the room was clean and gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to countless bars and restaurants. 10/10

The location is great, walkable to everything. Everything is very clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need or want. Breakfasts are delicious, and there are shared spaces - a sitting area, a garden, the rooftop, etc. that are very nice. We had a junior balcony suite, and it was great. With this kind of architecture, you have to open up the doors and windows to get the cool night air in the room. We used our ceiling fan a lot and were very comfortable.

Good location, helpful staff, nice apartment and good cleaning. However, we found that there was a mismatch between what we expected and what we got. The pictures and information on hotels.com were misleading as we thought we were paying extra for a private garden, which turned out to be used for ceremonies and gatherings - right outside the windows of the apartment. There was no lock on the toilet, there was no laundry (as advertised). We also found it inflexible to come and go from the hotel, as the staff has to lock you in and out - every time. All in all, we thought it was too expensive for what we got.

Great customer service everyone was friendly. We arrive pretty early and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. Fabulous part of the Oaxaca experience!

F-a-b-u-l-o-u-s (Apartment with garden). The place is cozy, easy walking distance from the pedestrian areas that lead to the civic centre, yummy (yet light) breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, atmospheric spots in and around the garden to relax and have breakfast, pet friendly (not just ok with pets but welcome treat, water, sleeping mat)

Our room had no place to put the suitcase. I had to put my suitcase on the floor and sorting clothers all bent over was a real pain in the back - literally. It had no place for a computer - no table or desk area. The bed was marvelous however, really comfortable. It had a refrigerator in the room - a true luxury. And the grounds and public areas were delightful.

Not worth it, Overrated, way better places around

You're definitely paying only for the look of the place, really superficial, the place was super cold, no hot water and no water pressure. The breakfast included was really poor and without choice, they don't even car if you have allergies or food restrictions. They promote healthiness and eco friendly but the selections of the mini bar and of the classic bar are extremely industrial and low quality.

Todo en verdad fue bueno. Lo únioco que podría mejorar es la atencion por parte de las personas encargadas de abrir la puerta por la noche. Es algo incómodo ese procedimiento. No son tan amigables al tener que levantarse para abrir la puerta.
