"We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. My rating was for the food which was good but not up to the standard \I would have expected from this hotel."

"No did not get a beach view ,although room was clean, staff are very helpful outer side badly needing painting and smartning up, no food at this hotel u have to go next door to the Carleton hotel. Fire alarm went off late thursday night but it was ok maybe a bug in the sensory thing in the rooms? Noisy people next door to me doors banging loud conversation so not much sleep had!"

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and very helpful Kitchen is clean and excellent breakfast. Boiled eggs addition could be thought of as that option not available. Beach is very close by and within walkable distance. Overall excellent place to satay"

"Ok, for the money just ok, nothing usefull nearby, night porter surly, no showet gel in bathroom, ask for some, didn't get any....bar closed.....but plenty of parking."

"Had a lovely stay at the Norfolk Royale, lovely having the swimming pool and jacuzzi to ourselves and really good to have the car park next to the hotel although was slightly pricey. Very close to the centre but not too close that it was really noisy at night which was good. Breakfast was fairly good although would have been nicer to be able to have it a bit later at the weekend. Room was very clean although the room was a little hot and could only open one window. Would stay again"
