Had an amazing stay here recently. Was greeted by two lovely front desk agents, Judith and Stephanie. I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise after a stressful month I had. Checked into a great room with a balcony and had a perfect view of a gorgeous sunset. Made myself comfortable and then after I got settled in, I got ready to go to the restaurant. Sat at the bar and had a great meal and conversation with Adrian. It's always a pleasure to be there. I'd definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it too

Clean room, nice staff everything was on point. But the thing is I was charge $127 which I was told if I eat anything from the minibar they’ll take it from my deposit. I drank apple and cranberry juice. Next day the charges my $5 extra from my account but I’m yet to recieve my refund of$127.
