"Understanding that it's a budget option business hotel and not a fancy resort, this place was amazing. Very cheap during rainy season, and the lady at the reception was very nice. She didn't speak a lot of English and we didn't speak a lot of Japanese, but we made it work. Our rooms were bigger than usual for Japan, even though it was cheap. There was a vending machine and free coffee in the lobby."

"The rooms were smaller but very cozy if you plan to stay here for part of your trip with someone. The amenities are wonderful and the onsen is absolutely amazing and so relaxing. The property was clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly! The breakfast buffet every morning was fresh and much appreciated as wellz"

"Miki (host) was very responsive. The house was very clean and the living room was spacious enough for a large group to hang out. All the rooms were a good size and the beds were super comfortable. Having 2 washer/dryers were wonderful since we’ve been traveling and needed to do laundry dry. The location was in what I’d describe as a quiet suburb but a short walk to a train station for traveling anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Thank you for letting us stay Miki."
